I had went to the store for my coffee at this location. I went in and had order a white mocha with 2 shots of white mocha and had said they usually put 3 pumps of white mocha in it right. The lady on the register for some reason came out rudely saying oh no it's come with four. Ok red flag kind of weird. I reply "ok I just need 2 and can I get just an extra cup with that. She went to go pull out these small little cups I'm like bo I don't need that cup it's small I need the regular size cup as my coffee. She said "o you need a coffee" I'm like no all I need my mocha and a extra cup She goes back and pull out those little cups again. At that time I'm lost so I had to said everything again I said hey all I need is my mocha and the same regular cup that's all I need I don't need another coffee or a small cup. She She gives me this attitude look and types it in. So I'm a manager at a restraunts costumer service is very important. So I said to her hey you need to work on your costumer service being at the register required you to know what ur costumer needs. Maya or Mia the so call manage comes over and said she canceling my order and for me to leave. Wow being a manager don't mean your cool to kick people out cause of the way u feel. I was hoping she'll come and ask me what is the problem and maybe help me fix my need and understand why I'm frustrated. I've been to so many starbucks and my first visit at this location was no what I expected. I can understand that maybe they just finished with a rush but doesn't mean that you guys can take ur frustration on me. I hope that these two person find a job that suits them better without dealing with costumer. And I hope u guys read this. Read moreParking sucks. Meter maids hide and wait for you to leave car and enter Starbucks. Parking is prohibited in the "15 minute" designated parking stops (only two available) before 9:00. I got a ticket at 8:47am. Immediately after parking I walked into Starbucks. So the meter maid in her white car pull up as soon as I got out. No biggie I thought. Probably designed to be one of the only options for all the surrounding hospitals and the support staff who are walking to the shop and visitors who need to get away from the hospital for a minute. It's an example of Starbucks placing a shop literally on a slice of a corner, next to a freeway and an apartment complex. If you commute on that freeway I wouldn't think this would be a quick stop before you jump on highway 50 given it's small size and the volume of traffic that goes thru the main intersection.
