What a find! I’m not in this area often but when I am, I will definitely get my caffeine fix here. I ordered several pastries that were all very delicious. The breakfast scone had ham and cheese and had an awesome balance of savory with a touch of sweet. Also ordered the jalapeño scone which had bacon. Also sweet and savory. The pumpkin bread was very moist with a nice rich cream cheese frosting. The chocolate chip cookie and blueberry muffin both looked good but I didn’t get a chance to taste it before they were inhaled by someone else. I ordered an iced hot chocolate because I was curious. I expected it to be chocolate milk with ice. I was wrong. It was delicious. I tried to order one at my local Starbucks with absolutely no luck! Quick service cute little place. I will definitely return next time I’m...

This great little cafe is a refreshing change in a sea of bland franchises. They have a nice selection of high-quality bakery items at reasonable prices and fun, eclectic environment- just what we look for in a cafe.

Unfortunately, the baristas have adopted the annoying habit of slamming the espresso portafilter two times against the metal grounds bin to clear the spent espresso. The loud sound is extremely disruptive to an otherwise pleasant environment. It can happen 20+ time in a half hour. Do they no longer hear it? Do they not see the customers cringe?

Having spent my time behind the bar - and in plenty of cafes around the world- I know it doesn’t have to be done like that. Train your people or modify that station. Break...

Came here on a Saturday morning, and it wasn’t too packed, which was nice. You can definitely tell this coffee shop has been around since 1982—the interior has an old-school vibe that feels like a step back in time. The coffee was pretty good, and the turkey croissant sandwich we had was delicious. However, the coffee cake was pretty dry and not the best. If you’re looking for a modern, trendy coffee shop with all the latest aesthetics, this isn’t it. But if you want a relaxed spot with a nostalgic feel where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, this place is worth checking out.

When I was in high school in the Bay Area in the 90s, I used to drive into Berkeley and hang out at the college coffee shops. I thought they were so cool and alternative with their community bulletin boards and quirky employee-made signs. This cafe is just like those places. It was like stepping back in time and I liked it. Decent egg salad sandwich. Interesting cold brew drinks. Strong wifi. Clean bathroom. Tons of tables.
