A life saver !! Fast and Furious did an amazing job!! We had a crazy situation at night, Fast and Furious loaded the car professionally and really fast making sure he doesn't damage the transmission. I recommend to anyone that cares about their vehicle and wants a job done right. We urgently needed towing at 1 am. I called 23 companies, some did not answer, some refused or hung up until I found Fast and Furious Towing number. Ilya listened to my situation in a friendly manner and left immediately. He came in about 15min. The service was excellent. So that you understand, the car did not have a key and was locked, he did everything professionally making sure he doesn't damage the transmission. Also with parking near my house, Ilya unloaded the car exactly where I asked him to, so that it does not interfere with my driveway and other cars, he was really patient and made sure to drop the car off with no damages. Excellent customer service, everything was very fast and tidy. Real professional. Really friendly and caring 5 stars out of 5! I will be definitely calling him again for any future towing needs. Checked out other reviews for Tow places before trusting my vehicle to be towed from my place by just anyone. Fast & Furious Towing had the most positive reviews by far. I have to agree with previous comments about Elijah; his service is exceptional; he is courteous and amiable. He seems to value his work and reputation and I see why his business has earned him great reviews. He also took the steps necessary to provide me with receipt that I would need to provide to insurance and offered recommendations for locations that provide affordable and quicker repair services, in case my car would take longer to repair. Once he delivered my vehicle to destination he followed up with a picture showing my car, making sure windows were rolled up, as I had asked. I called this towing company after I got a flat tire on our F250 truck. Elijah came very quickly and tried to get the spare tire down. For some reason the lock wouldn’t release and he flat bed towed the truck home. He is very fair with his prices. I’m very impressed with the speed at which he arrived and his determination to get the spare down. He treated me with respect and was a gentleman. Towing the truck wasn’t the best choice for him but he still did what was best for me. I will keep his card in my wallet and if I am ever in need of a tow truck , he will be the first.
