Review for this specific location on 5/13/22!!! I encourage you to read your reviews because many people are leaving the same feedback as I am... I came here a few days ago and ordered a caramel frapp, I drove off before realizing it was mocha and had no caramel. (I don't like chocolate.) Accidents happen, no biggie, so I came back today on my work break and ordered a caramel frapp again. I asked if they'd be willing to comp it for free because last time it was wrong. The supervisor came out (kinda heavy-set blonde girl I believe) & she literally argued with me several times, telling me she knows how to make the drinks. My point was, I didn't like it, I didn't drink it, can you please make me a new one at no charge. It's big corporation Starbucks yall.... they can let go of a $5 coffee to make things right. I ended up paying for the coffee, & while I was still talking, the supervisor shut the drive through window in my face and walked away. I was shocked, she has no business being in any type of customer service. Read moreI generally like to avoid stopping at this location because most of the time iced drinks are not full of the beverages but they are usually full of ice and just aren’t made consistently as other locations I often go to. The last time I decided to stop by was in between an appointment and making a stop by the grocery store a few blocks down. I really needed to use the restroom, knowing theirs are much cleaner and don’t like to have to at that store, so I went inside instead of the drive-thru as I usually do. My last experience at this location was Wednesday of this week, I ordered the beverage I usually get and because it wasn’t full I asked the girl to please fill it up with more of the milk. She said that is how the drink is made, she walked away without saying anything then brought me back a sample cup with the milk and still didn’t bother saying anything to me. As she turned to walk away I tried saying thank you and that I order the drink all the time. Needless to say that is the LAST time I will patronize this location and will wait until I can get to one of the other locations that welcome...
Read moreUnfortunately I hate to give bad reviews. I ordered my drinks in the drive through and the drinks were made wrong. I called and spoke to a nice girl on the phone. She told me to come back for remakes. I was still in the parking lot. When I came in, the girl on bar still made our drinks wrong and when I let her know she was obviously annoyed with us over it. This wasn’t our fault that she didn’t pay attention to details on the cups. She remade them with obvious attitude. We were never rude to her, we just wanted what we paid for. Our drinks still tasted bad but we were over it by then and just left. She made the experience of being there very awkward. I didn’t catch her name but she was a heavier set girl with pinkish orange colored hair. I hate to post bad reviews but this experience had to be blasted.
