World class culinary experience in a casual setting at an amazing price point. I've tried every item on the menu, and each one is delicious. This has become a regular staple in my weekend plans. The chicken, steak, and shrimp are all flavorful alone, but are next level with the housemade sauces. I recommend the jazzy fries and shrimp skewers. However, you really can't go wrong ordering here. On top of the high quality food, the service is outstanding. The chef, Matt, always checks on us at least once and tells us more about his techniques and where he sources his ingredients...

Peruvian chicken is the best! The skewers and sides were also delicious. I don't normally like blackened meat or slightly spicy food, but maybe I'm wrong because I loved this.

Pros: each item on the menu is perfect. The skewers came with some pickled onions that we loved as well. The flavors are well balanced. This is inside of the track 7 tap room, which has a great toddler and dog friendly patio on the east side and a picnic tables on the north side.

Cons: no ketchup was sighted, you get salsa verde and a mustard...

We have been following them since they were a food booth at some of our local breweries. Now that they have found a home we try and stop in any chance we get.
