Dear Ownership,
I am requesting a refund for my most recent Starbucks order placed on September 18, 2025. My drink was made completely incorrectly again.
What I ordered: • Venti Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai • Oatmilk • Line the cup with caramel • Caramel drizzle • No pumpkin top • Add caramel crunch topping
What I received: • Incorrect drink with missing customizations and completely different preparation (see attached photos).
This issue continues to happen specifically with the same Starbucks location. I’ve requested multiple times to have my orders sent to a different Starbucks, but I am still being routed to this location.
To make matters worse, the manager, Zelda, previously refused me service after a misunderstanding about a remake order. She incorrectly claimed I hadn’t paid for a drink when in fact it was a remake authorized by another manager who failed to communicate with her. I have reported this issue to Starbucks corporate and even left a Google review, but nothing has been resolved.
I spend money with Starbucks daily and always tip. I do not deserve to be treated this way, nor to continually receive incorrect drinks.
Request: A full refund for this order. That DoorDash re-routes my orders to a different Starbucks location to avoid this ongoing problem. That this matter be escalated to Starbucks ownership so they are aware of how poorly this store is being managed and how customers are being treated.
Attached are photos of the incorrect drink, my original order details, and the receipt for proof.
Thank you for your prompt attention to...
Read moreI’ve been to this Starbucks in many occasions, and I’ve never felt as uncomfortable as I did at this one today. I was sitting outside on the patio peacefully, respectfully, and minding my business when an employee came out a guy that works the shift Tuesday around 2pm and asked, “Are you planning on buying something today?” The tone was unnecessary and made it very clear that I wasn’t being seen as a welcome guest, but as someone who needed to prove they belonged there. The women there were great.
I ended up going in and purchasing a drink, but the entire interaction left a sour taste. It’s disappointing that in 2025, we’re still policing who “deserves” to sit on a public-facing patio. This isn’t the kind of energy that reflects the “everyone is welcome” policy Starbucks claims to stand by.
I won’t be returning to this location. Customer service isn’t just about drinks it’s...
Read moreBaristas here are nice (and, incidentally, cute). Don't know what people are on about here. I was having a rotten day and they were so kind. However, restroom requires asking for the code. I'm not keen on that and generally avoid that. I as an adult don't like informing others of when I need to use the restroom and wish more people would speak up about this issue. There are some (unfortunately dwindling) locations without codes that treat their customers like adults and don't dehumanize them out of "fear of the homeless." I'm not homeless but am tired of "fear of the homeless" being used as an excuse to be punitive to everyone. Restrooms have electronic, not mechanical, locks, which I do not like. Didn't stay and can't speak to drive thru experience....
