Only reason they get one star less, is there is someone working for them who couldn't get our order right. I stayed home feeling confident that I would be receiving my food order with no issue. But that wasn't the case. When you order a "Bowl" order, you expect a bowl order. I told my bf what I wanted, which was the popcorn chicken bowl, I described it as having mashed potatoes, corn, gravy and of course the chicken. Well, she points out this cup thing, it even says Go Cup. He comes home with it and says what's wrong, as I complain that it's definitely not what I ordered. He looked and said, I don't get it, this isn't what I ordered. Duh! If these people can't figure out the difference between and Bowl and a cup, then they're seems to be some issue? Wouldn't you think.? Giving attitude as though I was responsible for what ever kind of day she was having. I came to order for my family a family meal very little amount of mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese Luke warm chicken and didn’t even give the biscuits that were supposed to be included. This specific location used to be great at service but lately it just hasn’t been up to par. I’m not expecting top notch service but I’m also not gonna deal with attitude and rudeness when I’ve done nothing to deserve it.
