A bit frustrated giving this 4 star review because I've visited this Carl's Jr on Bell after 10:30pm and on at least 4 occasions the young guy (not sure if he is Persian or Hispanic) ALWAYS cuts me off when I'm trying to order. I mean, I'm am most of the time not even finished saying what I want to order and then he cuts me off saying "anything next? Anything next!?" That is so rude, so unprofessional and extremely frustrating when you try to order. Constantly getting cut off to where you can't even finish what you're saying. I finally told the guy that I wasn't finished yet only for him to say "okay go ahead!" I think I've experienced similar with another older light-skinned black guy. All 4 -5 experiences have been in the late evening after 10:45pm. I also noticed that both of these men will ask (at different times) me if I would like to try one of the specials, and then after I'd say no thank you, the guy would just stay quiet. So I decided to stay quiet until they asked me to state what I wanted to order. This is extremely frustrating because I shouldn't have to do that! Also, the reason why I'm trying to give a description of the guys is because I don't know their names. And the only reason why I'm barely saying something now is because it has become so frustrating coming to this Carls Jr after 10:30pm because it's like this every time I visit. And I'm getting tired of getting cut off when I'm trying to order. I appreciate the hours of this Carls Jr. I just never had this experience with the female workers and want to commend you regarding those workers. If someone could please advise the staff about cutting people off when they're trying to order it would be so appreciated. Sorry for the mixed review (4 stars with a complaint😫🫣😅) because otherwise the food is great the service is quick AND the other workers were great (a couple need to learn etiquette). Thank you for...
Read moreONLY one star because I had to give it at least one. This review is for the late shift ONLY! Today around 11:10pm on June/Teus 20/2016 I go to this Carl's, I order 2 famous stars with NO onion AND EXTRA pickles, I get everything but the extra pickles, I tell the lady worker and i start to hand her my burgers so she can make it right... you know what she says, "You want me to give you pickles on the side(to take home and put it on my burger myself...)" 'Yeah, ok sure' I say cause at this point because I can't believe my ears, because YES, that's exactly why I went to Carl's Jr in the first place, LET ME PAY YOU (CARL'S JR) SO I CAN MAKE MY OWN FOOD IN MY OWN HOME! This wouldn't have been so bad but this (almost) exact same thing happened to me the other only time I've been to THIS Carl's Jr a couple of weeks ago at around the same time, around 11:00pm. THE NIGHT SHIFT! And when I tried to call the first time well GOOD LUCK trying to call over the phone using almost ANY number you can find online or on the receipts. It's almost like they don't want any valid phone number known to the customers. TRAIN YOUR WORKERS BETTER!!!
UPDATE (30min later) Upon closer at my famous stars I see that they COMPLETELY disregarded what I wanted on my burger. It has BOTH onions and NO extra pickles... now it's EXACTLY like it was the VERY FIRST TIME I WENT HERE.
UPDATE 6-26-2016. Went back a few days later to let them know what had happened and that I was upset about it. ALWAYS SAVE THOSE RECEIPTS UNTIL AFTER YOU KNOW YOUR ORDER WAS RIGHT. I spoke to the night supervisor for that night and he was very understanding and he proceeded to make my order right. I was very pleased at his response of the situation and I will raise my review of this establishment... unless something...
Read moreNOTE: This is my experience as an Uber Eats driver who tried to pick up an order at 3am for a customer. I drove to this location as Uber Eats and the location had no idea what they were doing. First I had arrived within 15 minutes (there must have been no drivers nearby, so it picked me). When I arrived in the drive thru per the instructions, the manager said they were closed and no longer accepting orders. I explained I was Uber Eats, the order was already placed, and that they confirmed it. The manager told me I was supposed to call in before driving there (which is not true), and refused to finish the order they accepted. Maybe that's the process with someone else like DoorDash, but that's not how Uber Eats works, and the manager forced me to cancel the order instead of respectfully canceling it themselves. Pretty rude that they would accept an order, then wait until the driver got there to refuse it. The worst part was that they refused to listen and correct their process. If they were at least willing to listen and correct their process for future orders, I would be willing to respect their manager and put it aside as an honest mistake. That was not the case here. I feel worse for the person who ordered the food who had to wait 15 minutes just to have the order canceled because the restaurant manager was...
