In a nutshell; Good food, nice staff, booth has a very traditional style to it which may be a bit uncomfortable to some buy beyond that, pretty decent establishment

Starting with the food, I applaud that the portion for the combo/mixed tempura is filling and could almost be an entree. Some establishments give their mixed tempura sparingly and can just be gone In a few bites. The tempura sauce can use some work but good tempura nonetheless. Got a lion king that came with a topping of sweet potato fries which is relatively new to me as most establishments don't top it with sweet potato fries, which was a welcome addition to it. Taste was up to par and was filling if you don't mind the carb on carb combo. The wait for our food wasn't that long. The hostess great and accommodating. The booth had a really nice Japanese tatami mat style look to it but the design of the booth and with just a tiny pillow to cushion your tooshie may be uncomfortable to some if you sit too long. Music being played also fit the theme.

Went here for a 2nd time. Another pleasant experience....

Good food. Terrible customer service. I have been here many times for take out and I always feel like I am putting the hostess out by coming to this establishment. My most recent visit was the worst yet. I called in an order and was given a wait time of 35 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant in about as much time and I was told that my order was almost ready. Fast forward another 30 minutes and the waitress that greeted me earlier and took my money, asked me if I ordered yet. I asked her how much longer for my order. She said it would be a few more minutes. I finally got my order after another 15 minutes. But no apology. No thank you for waiting. No acknowledgement of the inconvenience at all. I don't mind waiting. I do mind that my patronage doesn't really mean much to you. I am done with this place. I will not...

I came here because there is a review stating that they have "Miso Ramen" FALSE they do not have this item nor do they make it @ all! I decided I'm here, so I'll go ahead & eat here. I've only been here one other time & it was decent not the best, but not terrible! It's okay nothing that wowed me! The edamame you get when you sit down is cold & flavorless that's just gross it didn't even seemed cooked which they assured me it was I like my edamame soft & w/flavor. I ordered 2 sushi rolls Unagi Avo Roll was good! Spicy Tuna Roll was gross! I didn't even eat more than one piece! They give a complimentary piece of mochi ice cream it was good.
