Taqueria El Burrito — Restaurant in Sacramento

Went here 5/14/2019 the younger girls the work the counter are nice and friendly however they have one lady that works behind counter she is Extremely Rude seems like she's always having a bad day. This was not my first time here I used to come a longtime ago and thought I'd try again. We used to come early in the day on Sunday after Church and the food was descent and fresher at that time of day I guess, but this time we came at 6pm the food was ready in about 3-minutes time enough to warm in the microwave. It WAS NOT FRESHLY MADE!!! My plate was so nasty that I didn't send back I completely lost my appetite. My Chili Relleno was cold the egg was rubbery had to use a knife to cut the chili and the relleno sauce was disgusting it was Red and super thick the same color as tomato sauce and same taste. I've never in my life seen anyone make it this way. The beans were too salty also. I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN its a waste of money... Save your money go up the street to El Rincon Alteno much better food and service... The one rude lady that works here at El Burritoe in Natomas says that it doesn't matter if anyone complains that the owner will believe her only... News for you Owner she's losing...

Ordered through Foodjet and food arrived 2 hours later. Soggy and incorrect based on order. I drove over and explained the situation, asked them to replace the food ( two orders of nachos), and correct the issue. Manger on duty said she’d replace the incorrect order but the other half of the order being soggy and inedible was not her fault. She told me to call Foodjet. I told her that I called Foodjet earlier and they said the restaurant was too busy and that was what delayed the order being prepared and delivered. The manager said that they made the order 10 minutes after they received the order. I expressed that they, Taqueria, hired Foodjet to be their delivery system. And, the food should not have been served (sent out) after sitting there for more than an hour. They should have known that the food would be horrible at that point. That is their problem. In the end, Foodjet is a vendor that they hired to represent their brand. The food and customer service is their brand. A soggy $10 order of nachos and bad customer service should never be the last impression of a restaurant’s brand....

Yummy so delicious! I had the carne asada fries and my boyfriend had the chimichanga, both we're so good and looked so good! The outside eating area was clean and the tables were social distanced. I was happy to see all the staff wearing masks and we were required to wear one when ordering our food. You order inside the restaurant and pay and then you can sit outside wherever you like and that is open and they bring you the food you ordered. I received my food first then my boyfriend got his about 3 to 4 min later. I don't think they charged me for chips and salsa, which is awesome. Their chips are some of the best I have ever had!! I love love their chips. Their salsa is also a personal favorite. I wish they sold it in a jar! I didn't get a pic of the chimi but I did get one of the Carne asada fries. Now I can barely move I ate so much!! If you have not tried their food you must give it a go! I have had many items on the menu and I would recommend everything I have had.
