KFC — Restaurant in Sacramento

At 10:45pm, I ordered a 12-piece Saucy Nuggets with KBBQ sauce. The worker stated that it would be a 5 minute wait, and I was okay with it. I drove up to the window, paid, and the worker told me to go wait by the front. I was being NO KAREN. I waited patiently for 15 MINUTES before driving up to the Drive-Thru. A worker said, "We're closed right now." I responded with, "I've been waiting for my nuggets in the front." Again, the worker told me to go to the front and it'll be just a minute. It was not one minute. WAITED ABOUT 20 MINUTES IN TOTAL for just ONE ORDER, not to mention I saw about 8 workers still inside. There was no customers waiting right before or after my order. Did they just forget or what? Got my nuggets plus no sauce. What a waste of time. Worst...

It’s not even 9:30pm and the girl that greeted me was sweet but after I asked for tenders by themselves another girl hopped on saying We only have tenders in a combo and only 3 or 4. Like, what? I asked if they were closing soon she said no. I asked so I can’t get any tenders by themselves she said NOPE. That’s a lie. She told me I could wait for nuggets… but I can’t wait for tenders? KFC continues to be one of my favorite places to grab a meal, and this location really stands out. The restaurant is always spotless, the dining area feels well cared for, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make sure your order is accurate and that you’re taken care of, which shows they truly value their customers. And of course, the food is absolutely amazing. It’s rare to find a place that’s consistently great in food, cleanliness, and customer service, but this KFC delivers on all three. Definitely a five-star experience...
