Tapioca Express Arena Blvd: Store has mask must policy, I went into store with mask on my face, when it came to order my turn. I am ordering, but the person who was taking my order seems confused, there is a glass pane between us and I was least 3 to 4 feet away, to make my order clear I moved my mask down little bit to confirm my order, he immediately yelled ' you must put you mask on'. I never removed my mask, all I did was slid so that he clearly hear my order, I would have any way slid my mask back on after the order, but it is good policy to keep mask on all the time. I paid with credit card, then he gave me a slip to sign, don't gems pass when using the pen, which was touched by everyone? CC transactions are digitized after chip was introduced. Signing the paper felt like they still using decade old tech. Anyway my point mask is good policy, but there is a gaping hole when it comes to signing paper for CC. 1)Poorly written menu , 2) no outdoor seating , 3)garbage flavor and quality . 4) Tried the bubble tea and Thai tea. Both did not taste authentic . they did not follow my directions for additives . 5) very poor service , 6) they overcharged me -not that much but one or two dollars . 7)the containers were extremely small so even if they knew how to mix it they wouldn’t be able to put enough ice in it so that you would get enough drink. 8) Worst smoothies and worst food that I’ve ever had in my entire life in all of California or the world for that matter. Delectable spicy veggie egg rolls. Super duper krispy. Hot ginger MT was also delicious, ginger chews with a hint of molasses evolving into a ginger bread cookie, pleasantly surprised. Also the boba held up well in the hot drink with its form & sugaryness remaining intact. -1 star for being out of chicken&brown sugar in the afternoon, middle of the week.
