This is admittedly the first curry pizza I've had, but oh what a pizza. We got the large butter chicken pizza, and it was a delight. The curry flavor wasn't overpowering, it blended with the cheese really nicely, and let the individual ingredients shine as well. The Tikka chicken on top was really excellent and somehow not dry, still nice and moist. There was some heat to the pizza that built over time, but it wasn't overwhelming. I'd say we have palettes ranging from low to mid tolerance for spice, and we both found it manageable, I enjoyed it actually.
One other thing worth noting is that the construction was top tier. The ingredients were evenly distributed and there was a good amount of each. The crust has a nice crisp to it and isn't thick or too bready. The slices held their shape individually pretty well with minimal support. No floppy slices with this one, but others with different/more ingredients might not hold up as well, hard to say.
We ended up adding parmesan on top and that made it even better, which normally I would say is a personal preference, but seriously if you get that pizza definitely add the parmesan, it elevates it by a surprising amount.
The shop is designed for pickup, just a counter with what looked like a hall, maybe to a bathroom, but I don't count that against them. In this day and age who's sitting down in a pizza restaurant that isn't specifically geared to families and sports teams? This is not that restaurant, and that's fine.
10/10 on the butter chicken pizza, so I'll definitely be coming back to try some of the others.
Edit: apparently they have a dining area, so if you do have a sports team you're in luck. Expand your kids' palettes with a tasty curry pizza. They have the regular kind too, I'm sure...
Read moreThe combination of Indian flavors and Italian cuisine at this unique establishment is truly a culinary delight.
The Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken pizzas were outstanding. The blend of aromatic spices and tender chicken in these dishes was absolutely mouthwatering. The flavors were rich, well-balanced, and left me craving for more. It's clear that the chefs at Curry Pizza House have perfected the art of incorporating Indian flavors into the classic pizza concept.
Even though it may seem unconventional, I also tried the Pepperoni pizza, and it did not disappoint. The generous toppings of perfectly seasoned pepperoni added a satisfying kick to the already delicious pizza. It was a delightful fusion of traditional Italian and Indian flavors that worked surprisingly well together.
The service at Curry Pizza House was impeccable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu.
I am already looking forward to my next visit to Sacramento, as I know without a doubt that I will be returning to Curry Pizza House. The mouthwatering Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken pizzas, along with their scrumptious Pepperoni pizza, have won me over. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Curry Pizza House for a unique and incredibly tasty...

Pizza is decent, but I was disappointed with the customer service and pricing. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for $21.99 online and another specialty pizza. When I arrived, I saw a sign outside for a large pepperoni at $11.99—the same size pizza. I asked if my order could be adjusted or canceled so I could reorder, but was told no. The employee explained the cheaper in-store pizza uses less pepperoni, but it’s hard to see how that justifies a $10 difference. No alternative or partial adjustment was offered.
The posted sign didn’t say “walk-in only,” so it was frustrating to learn about the restriction only after arriving. Honoring the deal or offering a small gesture could have gone a long way toward creating a repeat customer. In this case, it cost them future business and earned a...
