Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Sadsbury Township

Went for the third time today and the food was inedible from being overcooked. Fries were rock hard (except one of the small fries) and the nuggets tasted like burnt oil. Extremely disappointing. Had overcooked fries on our second visit too but not this bad.

Took almost an hour to get food (even through the mobile lane) which was cold. A lot of cars behind us were getting food and still had to wait in line for 20+ minutes. Once we got up to the window, our food had clearly been sitting there with 10+ other orders. We overheard the employees saying all of the bags sitting there were for cars way back in line. They did offer to make us new fries which was nice but we didn’t want to wait any longer. It was a mess but understandably it was their grand opening, so looking forward to when things are...

I was the only one in line for the mobile through order. I submitted my order in the parking lot went around. They brought my sandwich out efficiently. I ordered a grilled chicken club. I paid two dollars extra to get the one with bacon. There's no bacon on my sandwich and my sandwich is cold to the touch. I do not have time to turn around and wait. Disappointed in the service and care of not checking items. I try not to leave negative reviews but this is the second time I've received a cold sandwich. There's no reason for it. There was not a long line. Please do better Chick-fil-A. For your outrageous prices I expect my sandwich to be correct especially since I came before...

This location needs new management badly! It’s been a mess since it’s opened. To start, the parking lot is an absolute nightmare. Today they got my food wrong 3 times, I finally had to walk inside and get what I needed. the drive through line crawls and food is brought out very sparsely (a line of cars sits under the canopy with no one bringing food for minutes at a time. to make matters worse the fries were so cold and overcooked, I’ve literally never experienced bad food from a chic fil a before.
