On Jan 1 2022 I placed an online order for a pair of cowgirl boots for my granddaughter. I also ordered 2 pairs of snow boots for my grandson and granddaughter. I received notice that the order would be in on Fri Jan 7 and sat Jan 8 2022. On Thursday Jan 6 I called the store to ask if the order had arrived early as they were calling for snow. I was told that the order wasn't in.I called Saturday and was told that my order was in and I told them that my son would pick up on Monday night and was told no problem. Monday night my son showed up to get the boots and was told that one pair was returned because they weren't picked up within 2 days. I called and asked for a manager, I explained what my son was told and asked how it happened which he could not give me a answer.how could the order be returned if they arrived on Saturday or even Friday 2 days would be Monday. The manager told me that he would look into it and call me back.now I did not get a call,or text or email about my order.although I asked for text messages. The manager found the boots that were supposedly returned out on the shelf for sale.is that true or another lie. I have purchased many items from this store including a gun safe and the service has been slowly getting worse over time.I don't really know what happened but I do know that I called several times and nothing was documented on my order.i NEVER received a call, text or email. My third-party driver had arrived to pick up the mower, but there was an issue. Barbara started it up, but it kept shutting down. She checked the gas and oil, but the problem persisted. Instead of brushing it off or making it my problem, she took the time to call me, explain the situation, and offer a solution. Which wasn't happening. But stuff was waiting on cart after all that run around. Kinda unoriginized a lot. Had same type problem last curbside here. Except that time didn't have all my stuff. Had a long wait in the parking spot. Another mess like today. But once again I did get my stuff and at a good price beside all the hassle for something I thought would be so easy.
