Went to this location as new customers. Told us to get 2 phones that we really didn't want bc we could come back to trade in. FF to yesterday. We go in to get them, they had someone come from another store w the other phones for us, ran paperwork, signed, etc. Then said something was glitch so we had a "help ticket". Got an email later saying 2 new lines were opened so we go back at 1pm, doors locked, no one in the store, no answer. It took going to another store for him to say that instead of checking a credit line FIRST, they just opened them so now the lines are in limbo. So we left with no phones, no tablet & anger. Now we have to take more of our time to call help & ask them why we have lines open for no reason. Thanks for wasting 4 hrs of our time. Corporate will be reimbursing us, u can believe that. I needed to not only switch from another carrier, but also switch from a business plan to my own plan AND upgrade my phone. I was able to easily make an appointment for the time I wanted. Alex assisted me in every aspect of the transaction, from the transfer from my previous carrier to getting my new phone set up on my plan. He patiently and kindly answered all of my questions that come with upgrading to a new phone with new features. Other customers did come in while he was working with me, but he either got them taken care of, or was up front about expected wait times. I left the store 100% up and running, but I know if I need anything, I can go back and still receive exceptional service. A gentleman named Freddie helped my husband and I. From the moment we walked in until we left he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions as we upgraded our phone and purchased accessories.
