Stopped this morning for a latte. I was still waking up so did not pay close attention but after getting to work I realized why my latte tasted like watered down coffee. While waiting for my latte (with an extra shot of espresso), I saw the barista take a cup and go over to the brewed coffee and put some in a cup. A white latte cup, not one of the red coffee cups. I just figured she was getting some coffee for herself so I paid it no mind. After getting to work and tasting my "latte" i know exactly what happened. For some reason, she was either not prepared or able to make a proper latte so she tried to pull a fast one by adding steamed milk to regular coffee. Good thing for me there are plenty of other locations...

A brand new wawa means nothing...ok so it's clean...big deal....took my daughter to get dinner. Her main course was 6 meatballs in a medium cup, when we got home, there were no meatballs in a cup! We were the ONLY PEOPLE ORDERING FOOD!!!! 3 employees were behind food counter laughing and carrying on like it was playtime...meanwhile they forgot our meatballs...are you kidding me?! Your food is not cheap, so you make me waste my money. This is BS!!! I called and talked to the manager and he said "well it happens"....really?? 3 people, 1 order....no meatballs! Manager said come in for reimbursement...yeah I wanna fight rush hour traffic on friday...the manager obviously didn't care.....cmon people, get your act...

Went into this wawa tonight and they had slim to no items that was available on their kiosks. I was unaware of this until AFTER I PAID 43 for the items I had. They had an attitude with me when I asked what they did have even though they had it displayed on the menu as available, then when I asked for a refund since I'm not getting my items that was an issue with them , I was then charged a 2nd time for the same items and my refund never issued. Store manager was extremely rude, refused to give me a receipt and tell me any names of those working. Worse experience ever for a daily...
