Bassano Cheesecake — Restaurant in Safety Harbor

This is my second time coming here with my girlfriend. The atmosphere is nice. The cheesecake is decent. But I feel like the staff could use some better training. When we walked in, we were greeted. We asked if there was any live entertainment going on tonight, and we were told "no." We asked when we they were going to have performance, and we were given a cold."I dont know. " I asked for a carrot cheesecake and was given 2 pistachio slices. I explained to the cashier I don't like pistachio, and they first wanted to refund my cash payment and then charge me an additional $3.21. When I explained that doing it like that didn't make any sense, the young woman still persisted in doing it that way. When I got up to the cash register. They ended up charging me the difference. Instead of refunding me the whole amount as they tried to originally. wasn't worth the extra cost. A quarter of my cheesecake was missing and replaced with icing, and the "cheesecake" was a mostly icing( Picture shows how they handed me the cheescake). It's not worth the $10.99. Especially with the low quality presentation. The cheescake tastes like a store bought cheescake, in my opinion. And the pistachio cheescake tastes nothing like pistachio. It only had fragments of the nut and green coloring. $23 for 2 slices of cheesecake is not worth it from here. I wish the staff were...

I have not been to Safety Harbor in a very long time. I had no reason to. It has Changed quite a bit since I Became the Arch Bishop of Saint Louis. I fell upon all the places that are bars, just everywhere.

I stopped when I seen this place ,Called Bassano Cheese Cake Cafe. With a holiday theme and the best wait staff I've ever seen. They know what they are doing. I met the Owners Cynthia and Thomas. Very family friendly and organized. I started to think of My Big Brother Mario, who flew to New York and drove to Yonkers just for Cheese Cake. Thank you for the meal and memories.

I had the steak breakfast burrito, waffles and the Irish man Cheese Cake. With an orange blossom tea sweetened. The burrito was just the right size and I sensed something different than usual. Maybe allspice or just nut meg ; it was wonder filled and I looked forward to the next bite as I ate. The waffles were crispy on the outside with a slight char ,that nailed a perfectly prepared meal. The Irishman Cheese Cake was awesome and the Irish cream whipped cream made every bite worth the the trip to Safety Harbor.

So, if your ever within distance stop in ask for Hazel the best waitress I ever met. She had the best manners and Candor.Always making sure I was Satisfied .Bravo a very well done . You deserve a 9.9 all...

My family and I are in town and we saw Bassano's and was excited to give it a try. We were welcomed graciously and the staff were so kind and informative in answering all our questions as well as giving recommendations. My wife and I decided to share the bagel and lox with hash browns for the kids and a slice of Original NY Cheesecake. To wash it down we ordered a cappuccino, iced caramel macchiato, and chocolate milk for the kids.

The bagel and lox was very delicious. You can immediately tell that the bagel sets itself apart from the competition. If you've had an authentic NYC bagel, you will not be disappointed here. The hash browns were seasoned perfectly but a bit on the soggy end (wish it was much more crispy). With the coffee we noticed they used "Joffrey's brand". If you're a Disney fan then you know. The coffee here blows away Starbucks. We were very impressed. Along those lines, the chocolate milk the kids loved as well as my wife and I were surprised how delicious it was from what we have tried. We were able to enjoy a quick breakfast in their little dining area with a handful of tables, a TV, a nice fire pit, and lots of decorations from the holidays.
