My Homeowner's Insurance was previously with St. Jon's and with another agent. My annual premium kept increasing (without any claims, etc.) & my agent at Key Palm Insurance wanted to do absolutely nothing to help me or shop around. They never kept in contact with you or let me know of other options to save money. They kept telling me that there wasn't any agencies writing new policies and just to stay where I am just so they didn't have to help.

However, I was referred to Jessica Wilson by Israel Aguilar and I am actually speechless to how much Jessica went out of her way to help me. Kindness is so hard to come by these days and she treated me like I was a family member. Without any hesitation, she searched for the best option for me, referred me to a home inspector for a new wind mitigation, etc. and talked through everything with me every step of the way!!! She is so knowledgeable, professional and when you talk to her, it's like you have known her forever.

Within a few weeks time, I was with a better Insurance Company and gave me $535.00 in savings annually.

The Brightway Team was very responsive during my homeowners and auto insurance quest. I was doing my own research via google searches which was a lot of trying to manage quotes trying to remember who was with which company and trying to compare each quote to the next which was pretty confusing after awhile. Brightway made it easy by doing the research for me and found insurer names I didn't find at better pricing than what I found. I would ask for a change on a proposal and they had it back to me in an hour. Some others I contacted on my own never did followup with me. Just purchased a new commercial auto policy through Brightway and was helped by Lyan. She was absolutely awesome!! The process could not have gone any better. I was headed to the dealership to look at a vehicle for potential purchase, I called Brightway, Lyan answered my call. I gave her all the details to get a quote ahead of time, she would work on it while I was at the dealership. I decided to move forward with the purchase, called Lyan back, she hd the quote ready for me. I got a lower rate than my current insurance company.
