Enjoyed the Frosty Nibs Ale at Whole Foods for $5 a pint and decided to make the trip to the brewery to purchase a few cans of it. I was shocked to find them charging $7.50 for the same amount in the brewery. When I arrived at 9PM (an hour before closing) to purchase two 4 packs for $16 each I greeted the bartender (hipster white male in his 30âs) and was disrespected and treated as if I was a nuisance I immediately felt disrespected and disgusted when he looked at me like I was insane for trying to purchase some ale. I am absolutely appalled by the horrid customer service I received in the short time I spent in the building. I picked out two 4 packs of the cans I liked and decided to walk up to the bartender to check out. You missed out on a $32 sale or possibly more. I waited about 5 minutes with the cans on the bar just to be completely ignored by the bartender having a conversation about himself to someone who was not spending a dime, just wasting time. He looked at me several times like I was crazy for wanting to make a purchase. You can absolutely ruin a brand by making the customer feel this way and I will happily spend my money elsewhere. After this experience I drove to total wine to purchase Yamazaki suntory whiskey and others and was treated with the respect a customer spending money deserves. After waiting 5 minutes I walked off and left the beers on the counter, if youâre going to ignore me as if Iâm not there you can put them back on the shelf yourself. I will NEVER return and if anyone asks I will tell them to save their time and spend their money at another brewery or try some of the local restaurants in the area such as the French...
Read moreThe female bartender tried to pet my dog without asking my permission, and she barked at her. I told her not to do that because she is protective, and she responded that âif she wasnât friendly she should not be insideâ. 5 mins later she had the guy to come and ask me out because she was barking too much. My dog was sit next to me minding her own business just paying atn to me, leashed, but she just do not like to be pet my strangers. Before leaving, I approached the woman saying that she did wrong, and she was super rude giving me a speech about my liability if children wanted to pet her and she bites! (which were none around). Evidently, she expects all dogs to be mute, or she did not like me giving her feedback over âyou do not pet dogs without asking permission to the owner..â. So, donât be deceived by the pet inclusive policy because if she doesnât like yours, she will ask you to leave. What a terrible person...
