To whom it may concern:
On Thurs. 4/17/2025, i was visiting harbor bar i parked in the handicap parking, behind me there is 25 ft trailer w/5ft hitch sticking out w/o no cones that is no where visible on the rear view camara a long hitch behind me a cone was not in front the ball i had no room to back up and i ended up hitting the ball of the trailer which did not have cones in front, so i told the bartender to pls call the owner and so she did and he said to leave my name and ph he texted the bartende,,,, "he wasnt going to give me ISH bc i was trying to get money from him" and thats not the case, you have 25 ft trailer in a parking lot behind a handicap parking i had a small vehicle i still could not even finish backing up when i hit the ball of the hitch,, if you had a wheelchair attached in the back or a van the vehicle will get stuck on the hitch.... OWNER: SIR, IM NOT LOOKING FOR MONEY LIKE YOU SAID ON YOUR TEXT TO THE BARTENDER I WAS LOOKING FOR A RESOLUTION.
By the way theres no HIT & RUN i stay and spoke to the bartender also gave her my number i told her to call you bc your trailer is parked illegally obstructing a handicap parking..
Can you have a flatbed accross from a handicap parking??? No, parking a 25-ft flatbed across from a handicap parking space is generally prohibited in Florida. Florida law prohibits obstructing the path of travel to an accessible parking space, CURB CUT or access aisle. This includes parking in designated areas that impede access to handicap spaces.
Florida law prohibits obstruction: Florida Statute 316.1955 specifically states that obstructing the path of travel to an accessible parking space is illegal.
Theres no damage to your hitch at ALL.....by the way its a civil matter....So, have a great day!

We ordered two rounds (four drinks total), and somehow, every single one was wrong. A true talent, really. As fellow bartenders, weâre no strangers to off nights, but this wasnât a flukeâit was a masterclass in bad service. We still paid, left a generous $1 tip (because weâre saints, obviously), and walked out. But not so fast! Our bartender, clearly heartbroken by the tip, chased us outside to demand an explanation. âWas there a reason for this?â he asked, as if the mangled drinks and attitude werenât enough of a clue. Thenâbecause nothing screams professionalism like a public meltdownâhe pulled out his phone, said "sMiLe" and took our picture. Iconic. Five stars for drama, zero for drinks. Look for us on...

No proof but it's a little sketchy. I'm pretty sure we got something in our drink. Not because it happen once. Or twice. But itleast five or more times. I can drink ten beers on a night out. It's not like me to black out after three. Five times in a row. And have friends say the same happened to them. But hey if your looking to get black out drunk after 3 beers. Come on in. I know I...
