Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

Decent food but an outrageous wait. If you plan on ordering carry-out from this location, I would wait a few months before they figure their system out.

I ordered through the app and arrived at the designated time the order said it would be complete (40 minute wait from initial order), and the lobby of the restaurant was packed with people still waiting for their orders. Some people were waiting an hour after their designated pick up time. This was on a Wednesday night at 7:00p.m. Personally, I had to wait an extra 25 minutes.

In terms of food, not much to say. I got an original large pepperoni pizza with bread sticks and the pizza was very thin crust for being regular and the bread sticks were very airy, so not much actual bread to them. food is good and hot, wait staff is mean and cold. ): they got confused reading the ticket for my 9:15 scheduled order and made it when i placed it and so i had to wait for them to remake it which is fine i genuinely don’t care. but they blamed it on me for no reason?? (confirmation email showing time scheduled for pickup in picture) and then i wondered if maybe they had lost track of the order bc it had been past the wait time and obviously they’re a bit disorganized i thought i said “hey is my food ready? 😄” but the girl up front must have thought i called her a mean name bc she gave me the dirtiest look possible when she told me it wasn’t. idk if they’re all mad at me bc i scheduled an order or if they don’t get paid enough or if they’re something else going on but it genuinely would not have hurt...

Despite the busy atmosphere and influx of customers, the Pizza Hut location on State Street only had one employee, Austin, working. However, this did not hinder the exceptional customer service he provided. Despite the constant ringing of the phone and a steady stream of guests, Austin remained calm and patient, providing each customer with top-tier assistance. His dedication and positive attitude are truly commendable, and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for his hard work.
