QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The woman I assume is the manager is by far the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. Her lack of basic people skills is shocking — how she got this role is truly beyond me.

This QDOBA location seems to go out of its way to nickel and dime customers, unlike any other QDOBA I’ve been to. I’ve always ordered extra queso and never once been charged — until tonight. Not only did she charge me after adding it, but made a point to rudely announce it, as if I was trying to get away with something. It was unnecessarily confrontational and incredibly unprofessional.

To make matters worse, she told my 5-year-old that there’s now a 3-item limit on kids’ nachos — and did so in an unkind, abrupt way. My kids have been ordering the same thing for years without issue. If this is a new policy, it certainly isn’t posted anywhere. And even if it were, there’s a way to explain things to a child without being so harsh.

For a first time coming here for a new location I was very disappointed. Just want to start by saying some of my rice in my burrito was not done and was rock hard, and it really hurt to find one of those pieces of rice….there was like maybe 3-4 pieces of steak in my entire burrito, was packed full of rice and lettuce though. Very disappointed. I ordered ahead and waited an additional 45 minutes in the store for my order to be ready. They weren’t even that busy. The inside was filthy and we were never acknowledged on how long we had to wait. The workers were too busy talking to each other rather than working. The person that made my order wiped her nose multiple times. That will be the last time I order from this store. Hire more...
