MY Husband had a doordash order to pick up a couple days prior he also had issues with employee Amber and her attitude! My experience with the same employee today on 7/27/24 So I was helping my Husband doordash today we had a doordashing order at buffalo wild wings state street Saginaw, Michigan The order took 30mins all I asked the employee how long it will take because we had another order to pick up some where else and She rolled her eyes told me off with a attitude about she can't rush the cooks I said nothing about rushing at all. All I asked was how long would it be to get the order so we can get the other order and all I said as I walking out is this is ridiculous about Amber the employee attitude!! When I come back in the order was being skipped over with other people's orders. So I walked out again and waited in our car when I went back in the manager had audacity to say to me "I am only giving this to you this time because you were rude to my employer." I said excuse me she was rude to me...... The manager and the employee both were using the race card towards me! Manager then said" to me that she was right there and heard conversation." I said no u weren't because all I said" to Amber is how long will the order be ready and gave me a attitude!" You allowed the order to be skipped over! It was the only order on the board at the time. It got skipped over 3 times! Manager allowed Amber to get away with racailly talking about me! I Got pissed and said," F this place!! I won't be coming back due to Attitude and being racially remarked at.... witch I am not 100% white! So my experences was horrorable! Will not becoming back!! Not even for doordashing! we did report it to doordash! Also since I looked at the reviews it seems this location needs new Employers and Management or shut down! If nothing will be done about this.... I will go higher up and publicly about what...

I asked how long of a wait, he told 10 to 15 minute. I immediately asked for a manager because this is inexcusable, especially for an order place over the phone 3 hrs olin advance. She apologized for the issue and basically informed me there was nothing she could do. I got my order 30 minutes later which wasn't fresh and barely tossed in sauce . I'll never go back to another buffalo wild wings because of this. There were several other ppl who were wait even longer then me. Terrible management of the business, regardless of this being a new store. My food should have been ready for pick up not being cooked when I get there. The group I was eating with want the sauces on the side and when I ordered in the app there was an issue. I ended up having to to recreate my cart, in the recreation process I thought I forgot to click āsauces on the sideā and so I called immediately after submitting the order. The team member was able to fix the order as it was a āorder ahead orderā and they had not started to prepare it yet.
When I arrived the food was ready at the time it was supposed to be ready and I was in and out in a few under 5 minutes. The food was good but somehow the sauces were on the wings, not the end of the world so there was a miscommunication about what we actually wanted.
