From the time I walked in this place till the time I left, I was loving it! The atmosphere, the modern decor, the cute uniforms, I just loved it! It was a nice size crowd, everyone talking laughed, picking up orders, the staff in their assembly line getting the food together, just great! Even though it was busy I waited no more than 7 minutes for my food. The prices are standard. It was a great experience,,,,,Until I bit into my 20.00 lobster Mac and cheese. Let's start by saying it's a new spot so I'am expecting it to only get better š the flavor of the Mac and cheese was nice. It could be less dry and warmer. I had room temperature food. The lobster left a really gross tastes in my mouth. I got to have the big patch of burnt cheese? I believe it was which made my bowl seem full but was not. This bowl was worth 7 dollars and not the 20 I paid. The cheese cake bites could have been better if they were not almost frozen and should have more filling than crust. I wish they didn't forget my dipping sauce because that would have help them not be so dry. I had bits of broccoli in my bowl by mistake, however it was a good thing because that actually tasted way better lol. I will give it a couple months and go back. Until then stay clear of that lobster disaster and go for the broccoli maybe. The lemonade was great!! The customer service was awesome. Love the heart shaped...

As we walked in, there was an employee who was presumably eating his lunch, and thatās perfectly fine. There was also someone who had bought, and either was waiting to pay or who had paid and was waiting for their food, and thatās fine also. When we reached the point of the begin your order. The one single female employee turned her back on us, knowing good darn and well that we were there never said anything like be with you in a second or Iām working here alone. Itāll be a minute, never even acknowledge our presence in the store. I will say, though she was working putting food in boxes. After waiting for five minutes or roughly there of, my wife and I decided to leave because we were getting zero customer service. We have no problem with employees who are behind or are working alone, and if somebody wouldāve acknowledged us and simply said hi will be with you in a minute, we wouldāve been happy to stay, but the fact that there was zero customer service is insulting. Beautiful inside, but now I know it makes up for poor food quality, portions, and workers attitudes. 5 tater tots a plastic sauce cup of tomato soup(2tbsp) and burned grilled cheese. I could knock on the crust of the grilled cheese and hear it. It was also black. It was hard to tell there was even cheese on there because it was so over done, shriveled up and was at least an inch away from the crust. Was hard to choke down but didn't want to waste my money. Definitely just overpaid for a pop. I walked in and explained to the workers it was my 1st time in and I was excited. They were not enthused and cared to share no information about the business. I asked what end of the counter to start my order at. I was given a dirty look, no response, and left to stand there in silence for about 3 minutes before she looked up at me with pen in hand and still said nothing. I was so excited to support, but I cannot. Now I am curious if a manager was present but I told myself there was no way because if I was a manager I would have corrected or provided guidance to my employees on how to provide better...
