Had an absolutely terrible experience, talked to customer service and even submitted a contact request via the website. The customer service rep said it could take up to 5 weeks to process the complaint, which is ludicrous. They have done nothing to make it right, it’s been 7 weeks. I placed an online order, my wife picked it up on her way home. When she got home we realized our 2 sides of ranch were not included. I called and they didn’t seem concerned, offering to credit my next visit. What about this visit? So I went back and got them, only to get home and realize the 2-liter wasn’t included either. I called and the rep answering the phone seemed clueless, so I asked for the manager. He couldn’t have been less concerned. Finally he offered to have a delivery driver bring it, but they didn’t have any orders so it would have to wait until their next delivery order. I told him this was unacceptable and he sent the driver right away. Needless to say the pizza and wings were cold by the time this was all said and done. Now I understand I could’ve communicated the entirety of the order to my wife so that she could ensure we got it all the first time, but should that be the customer’s responsibility or the establishment’s? Read moreI have ordered from this location multiple times with no issues. Just today I placed an order around 10am for delivery around 12pm. At 11:59am I received a call stating “they won’t get the order delivered by the delivery time”. I stated as long as it could arrive by 12:30pm (a hour hour after the scheduled delivery time) that would be fine. The individual on the phone stated “well we can’t guarantee that”. I asked about cancelling the order and I was told “yup” and I was hung up on. I understand the restaurant being busy and delivering late, but I ordered 2 hours ahead of time. Read moreOrdered my pizzas and wings. Person taking my order didn’t sound to confident in repeating my order. Repeated my order back to me and it was wrong. So I had to correct him. Which was fine. I know they were busy because of the Super Bowl. Was told my price and how long it would take. Showed up and my order isn’t even in the system. The girls looked frustrated. The manager should have stepped in and did something. Mean while the guys at the phone looking right at me like they knew they messed up. Now I have to wait an hour and a half because of the mistake.
