Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

I bought a pizza with pepperoni and black olives this evening (Feb. 17, 2024). The cheese was just barely melted, the pepperoni was soft and the black olives fell right off as soon I picked up a slice. The black olives looked as if they were threw on the pizza after it came out of the oven. When I called and ask for a manager, Ashley considered herself a "manager" yet she had the most unprofessional responses to my dislikes about the pizza. Not once did she mention me bringing the pizza back, replacing the one I had...nothing. Clearly not fit for the position. She also claimed that she had taken the pizza out of the oven herself. It was a rushed job. My order was suppose to be ready 20 minutes after I ordered and it was ready roughly 5-7 minutes later. I mentioned calling corporate because of her careless attitude and she mentioned that they were a franchise, as if she had no one above her that I could reach. I will be getting in contact with someone above her...

Came here to get pizza and the lady at the counter I guess realized me and my boyfriend are latinos and she immediately switched her face and attitude when it wss our turn. She never smiled or even bother to say hi.

When we're waiting I decide to get an order of breadsticks, and when our pizza was ready we ask for our breadsticks and she says she we didnt buy any. And I say yes I just did, not even 5 minutes ago, and she goes and says I didn't again, mind you, there was only one other customet inside of the store. So I have to get up and show her the receipt and then she's finally like Oh, let me check, checks her copies or recipts and says okay, gives us the breadsticks and leaves. Not even a sorry, or bye or nothing.

This was the first and last time this place gets any...

I asked for extra butter parm on my pizza when I went pick it up. These Tom fooleries had the audacity to say they can’t add it once the pizza has been made. I have never in all my years of ordering from Little Ceasars from Michigan to Georgia have been told they can’t add extra butter parm on a pizza. I know it’s an extra charge and I’m always willing to pay for it but these fools said they are a franchise…and they can’t add it. I respond to that “aren’t most franchises”? I will never patron this establishment again! I will keep writing negative reviews each week!!!! Warning: They are a franchise so your money isn’t appreciated. Take your money where you are appreciated as a CUSTOMER…FRANCHISE AND/OR CORPORATE!!! ALL OVER BUTTER...
