The girl at the front counter acts slow. she speaks english but she cant really understand you. she kept walking away and not taking orders. the manager there . the assistant tried to short cut my order and give me not what I ordered thinking i would not notice. i had to check the box and tell her even though she knew. that my order was wrong. having already waited an hour for my food. i had to wait another 30 minutes for the rest of my order. Plus the sides tasted old and nasty. the didnt taste like they are suppose to taste. it was stale and gross... yet after speaking with the head manager and trying to let her know the problem. she didnt seem to care and wanted the conversation to be over. she got snappy. but i had a cool attitude the whole time. cause i didnt want to upset the people handling my food i think this being a new building.. this manager shouldve taken note and taken seriously mt feedback before the same msitakes happen again. anyway i wont be returning to this location. they're slow. unprepared. and act like they dont want to be bothered and they look very unhappy and miserable there... smh hire new people that can do this job. First and foremost, the food was awful. I got a 3 piece spicy chicken tenders. These were anything but tender. They were flat and dry as dry can be. It was pretty close to chicken jerky. It hurt to chew. I ordered through the app and figured that would help with the wait time. Not even close. I got my food about 40 minutes after the time the app said my food should be ready. It was full of people waiting for their food. They have a piss poor system of trying to get people their food when it’s packed like that. Having the person who’s taking orders at the register call out the names is a poor way of doing it. He had to wait until he finished with that person. Sometimes the food would sit there for a good 5 minutes while he’s taking the order. Sometimes 3 or 4 orders would just be sitting there waiting for him to call the name out. Unless you’re up there close, you can’t hear the name. I did feel bad for the workers since it was so busy. Not a single one looked like they wanted to be there. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Sometimes you have one opportunity to make an impression on a customer and the impression was made. There was a time I liked Popeyes but it’s been about 13 years since that was the case. This was my first time trying them in about 13 years and it will probably be another 13...

Pros: the food is always hot and delicious the inside is nice and provides a comfy space to eat Its always cool and a nice escape from the hot weather

Cons: it’s a small location so seating is limited the dine in takes a while to get, I’ve waited anywhere between 20-35 mins which is longer than most places but at least everything is hot when it does come out some of the crew are not the best. My wife and I have been here 3 times since opening and each time some aspect of the order has been incorrect. I asked the guy for extra pickles and he told me “ we don’t sell pickles here” and I go “I know on the chicken sandwich you do, can I get extra please” for him to tell me again they don’t tell pickles. Today my wife and I went through the drive thru and had a very simple order. Two, number 2 combos with unsweetened starberry teas. We got the window and I had one of one thing and a whole different order, sandwich is wrong, drink was wrong. Corrected it with him at the window just to get the wrong order still. 😑 they aren’t the most friendly and generally look over it, and I guess I do understand haha
