My husband brought me a Seiko watch for Valentine's day, I needed to get it sized, I figured since I work in the same parking lot. The store was somewhat busy and the salesperson stated that she would see if the jeweler could take out some of the links from the watch. The jeweler came and spoke with me and stated that he could not guarantee that if he took out the links that the hands would not fall apart along with the diamonds. He asked me where I brought the watch from and I told him that my husband gave it to me as a gift. He then told me that it he could do it but was not sure and there would be a charge of $10 in order to remove the links. I said NO THANK you.

I went to the Fashion Square mall and went to Zale's jewelers and the young lady behind the counter asked me how many links I wanted to taken off, I told her that I would like four links, it took her less then five minutes and not to mention she did not charge me nothing.

FYI my husband's father was a jeweler and I told him the story and my husband stated that if my father-in-law was alive he would probably laugh and stated the Saginaw Gold & Diamond Center jeweler was nothing but a FRAUD!!!!! (I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE...

I recently got a pandora charm fixed I went to pick up and apparently Ms Deb was having an awful day and her customer service was terrible. Which I know we all have bad days. She put my charm on my bracelet wrong and when I asked could I get someone else, which is a wonderful lady that takes her time, can’t recall her name, she told me she was too busy I said I will wait so she came and fixed it. I was so distracted on my first encounter that I didn’t realized my charm was not fixed right it’s supposed to spell love and the letters were mixed up. My first visit there was good the salesperson was very attentive and friendly. I purchased a sterling silver ring even though I wear mostly gold jewelry (it was an impulse buy). After a week I took the ring out of the nice pouch to try it on again when I noticed a dent so I took it back to exchange it. A different person waited on me after looking at the ring she excused herself and came back with the owner.
