Milano's Pizza — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

It is certainly unreasonable to rate any "pizza to go" joint with "all stars" so let me explain my unreasonably high marks. I stopped there on a suggestion from another loyal customer. I only wanted to try the pie but was swooned into ordering two due to an amazing deal they had. While waiting I saw many customers who had the wisdom to pre-order stream in and out along with a small army of delivery personnel. The place was absolutely hopping! Multiple order takers with phones ringing too fast for just one front desk staff. Even the cashier occasionally had to take calls to keep up with the din. I can't afford the carbs because I ate more than my share too much of my life and now pay past dues, but I have to share that if you still eat this wonderful feast of flavors you owe it to yourself to head to Milano's. Better yet, order delivery, it is easier than getting in and out of their parking lot and it is a busy lot. I was there mid afternoon, must be crazy at meal time! So as you read this, forgive the "all stars" rating for paper napkin food you may have to eat in your car. I rest firmly convinced you will agree when you try their pie. By the way some pies come with fresh mushrooms, some canned. You can specify your preference at no extra charge. Who does that? Only place I have asked for their "to go" menus and have passed them out to friends and my customers. ...

My husband purchased our dinner from here along with dessert. The restaurant failed to give the dessert which was paid for. Unfortunately they were closed when we tried calling and there voicemail did not allow a message to be left. We called again on the next date that they were open (as they were closed the following day after purchase). The employee basically interrogated my husband with implications of him trying to get something for free! Let's be clear, this place is very expensive... after about 8 or so minutes of back and forth with my husband trying to explain to her we did not recieve the dessert that was paid for, he simply gave up and told her we will no longer do business with this establishment. Instead of providing the item WHICH WAS PAID FOR AND NOT GIVEN, she continued to basically accuse him of trying to get a free item. We live about 15-20 minutes away and he didnt notice it was missing until he got home. We spent over $30 for a medium pizza, a few wings and a cheesecake. I doubt very seriously if we would try to rob thus business of a 6.50 cheesecake🙄. Pathetic. Poor customer service. I do notvrecommend this place unless you are purchasing early in the day time so that you are able to get your order corrected in...
