Rally's — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

I had a bad time with their manager. She told me I couldn't order late because it was almost 12 am. My son had a fever & I want to be there with my food done then I'll paid, but, NO, that did NOT happen. I had to wait between 7 to 10 mins to get my food. Yes, I filed a complaint that night & the higher manger called me last Saturday to let me know that the store manager, Stacy or Tracy, was handled & I can get a free combo meal because of what happened to me the night my son had a fever. But they made my free combo meal as a medium size & I didn't ask for that. They didn't seem like they believed me cause I said Abby instead of Amber. That was another rude thing that happened 2 me. But, whatever. Whatever, I'm done with places that are rude. I'm not spending my money on rudeness!! But, Thank you, Amber, for taking care of managers that don't want to please customers. & I will not forget or/& not acknowledge the person who, truly, sent my information to the higher manger. & that is Kendra. Thanks, girl!!! You are definitely a great worker & customer...

Placed an online order last night, showed up to get it, ended up sitting in drive-thru for about 40 minutes (with only 4 cars ahead of me). Surprisingly, the food was still warm (it was sitting in a bag on the counter the whole time I waited).

And then they didn't even put cheese on my burgers. I got "double Ralleys burgers with cheese", but they had no cheese..

But, the thing that prompted me to write this review.. My wife and I both ended up getting really bad food poisoning throughout the night. I woke up at 2am puking and pooping my guts out. My wife was up all night with her stomach tossing and turning.

The food itself tasted good, I'll give them that. But, we won't be back...

I went here for dinner and ordered the baconzilla combo large like I always do and was soooo ready to eat my favorite bacon berger only to receive the WRONG BERGER, instead I got some deluxe berger, Also my large coke was 3/4 ice and I was already home and not in the mood for calling and complaining. The food was still good but my drink ended quickly because only 1/4 of it was coke and I didn't get my favorite baconzilla fix and it cost $13.33, RIDICULOUS. Store 3588 Bay Road, Saginaw, MI 48603, Can't read store #, could be 4093 or 4033 and was at 7:44 pm. Other #'s DS265, 10165. Manager Alisha, cashier Tanaya. I also have the receipt and it says baconzilla. Oh, and also...
