When I first started eating at Wendy's the food was great! Now within the past 2 months it's been horrible! I always get a Cobb salad and a vanilla frosty. Every time I having getting a salad it's been horrible The lettuce is all like old lettuce same with the chicken pieces it's like they keep it out all day long and then put it back in the fridge while not being covered as the chicken pieces are normally old hard and plain out have no flavor or no juiciness to it it's kind of like a stale dried up piece of chicken bits which is horrible customers are not going to like this especially somebody who eats it on a daily I tried giving them one more chance before posting this but I think I need to do it as it's getting worse and worse I used to like this Wendy's and now I think I will go to a different Wendy's being that I never get a fresh salad like I asked for the tomatoes are always mushy and soggy overall I think I will choose a different Wendy's from now on. There inside eating is horrible/ they never even clean in the lobby where people eat at which makes their customers feel grossed out while eating so I definitely would rather eat in my car if you absolutely had to grab something to eat quick I would definitely check over your food first and eat it in your vehicle I really hate to say this I am never like this although these people should know now there's been a change in whatever is going on up there please fix it so I can have my great salads...
Read moreI really like Wendy's food - with the beef, the shakes, the fries, the chicken. But the service here is just blatantly not good. The drive thru: You place part of your order and wait for a confirmation that they got it. The first thing you hear is they say your total and tell you to pull up to the window. You ask to add more to your order and it's like a big inconvenience for them. But if they just asked if that was it, like literally every other fast food restaurant, it wouldn't have been inconvenient. Go inside: I know it's mostly socially awkward high-school kids working here, so I cut them a little slack, but dang, 1) ask for clarification and 2) speak up! I ordered a shake and when they usually ask what size, what flavor, the girl at the registered didn't. She just put small chocolate. I guess that's what I want. And I couldn't even hear them call out names when they brought food out. They just kinda walk up to the counter and set a bag. Well I guess if no one else walks up, that might be mine. I have to check though. What was the point of taking my name if you don't even call it out when my food is done? These are not isolated one-time experiences. I really try to avoid bringing race in my reviews, but this place is noticeably... ethnic. And I get heebie-jeebies that I get anti-social service here because I'm... not ethnic. A crazy lady sends me here to place her order whenever she's feelin' Wendy's. But that might be more...
Read moreDuring these times, especially during a pandemic, I can understand that times are tough. For everyone. Especially retail and food service. I am a manager at another food service restaurant and I am usually extremely sympathetic to this issue. However, I just visited this Wendy’s location to try and order through their drive-thru. Only three cars in line. Not busy. It took about 7 minutes for the first car to get their order taken. The car in front of me waited several minutes before even being greeted to place their order. When I was finally able to get to the speaker, I sat there for a good several minutes without being greeted or spoken to once. I kept trying to thing in their shoes because I again, understand how things go. After almost five minutes of not a single thing, I finally decided to leave. When leaving, we drove by the window and there were several employees just standing around doing nothing. So not an issue of being understaffed. I’m not sure what the issue was, but it seemed pretty unprofessional to keep a guest waiting and not even acknowledge them or even ask them to wait. I understand mistakes happen, but this just seemed a...
