Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Saginaw

Okay, so...where to begin. Brought my kids in to have dinner. They've never been to a CiCi's and they love pizza, so I figured it would be a good match. We walked in and we were immediately hit with a weird smell. Even my kids were asking what the smell was. Went to find a table, and noticed that the paint was chipping off of the wall all along where this border type thing use to be on the wall. When I got their pizza, the plates were still VERY wet from being washed. I had to wipe them down with several napkins before putting any food on them. The vegetables on the salad bar were dried out looking, not fresh at all.

When we sat down to eat pizza, one of my kids spilled some water on the floor. I immediately told someone and stood over the water to make sure nobody slipped. Well, I stood there for 10 minutes and watched someone bus a bunch of tables. I then told the cashier up front, and then she flagged someone down. They bussed MORE tables, and then finally came over with a block of napkins. I asked for towels and they insisted that I not lay any down.

So finally, I sit down to eat and take a bite of pizza. Aaaaaand of course the pizza is raw. Raw. Dough. My kids had already eaten two pieces before I discovered this for myself. My children then both said that their pizza "tasted soggy." We got pieces from four different pies.

We finished the night by playing a couple of arcade games. A claw machine immediately picked a ball up, so I tried again to get one for my other kid. The machine picked the ball up, brought it all the way up, and then let go of it. It did this THREE TIMES. I know that claw machines are on an algorithm to screw you over but I've never seen a machine pick the ball all the way up and then open up to drop it.

The only positive thing I can say is that everyone who works there was very very nice.

Regardless, and needless to say, I'll never be going back again. I've been going to CiCi's since I was a kid and this has to be the worst location I've...

Gave the atmosphere 5 stars because when we went in they allowed individuals with disabilities to get an experience with working there. That was great to see. Sadly, I have to rate this location 0 stars. I have forgiven this location for many things including hair lying across my pizza whenever they took it to my table (I hardly ever just eat from the buffet due to food allergies ) and another time they were rude. We went back yesterday and for the life of Me I can’t figure out how cici’s have the same ingredients but they manage to make theirs taste like plastic here at this location . Most of the pizza was old (as always and another reason I don’t eat off of the Buffett) and the guy who I can only assume is the store manager literally collected money from people wiped the counter down with a rag with only God knows what chemical was on it THEN he proceeded to pick black olives off of and out of the jalapeños with his nasty, dirty, contaminated hands and put them back into the pail with the black olives! I got to the table with my son (who had just added more olives to his salad) and told him not to eat it! Because why would you do that? Because you’re not the one eating it or because you really just don’t care? I can say that I’ll never go back to this location if I’m craving pizza. I will instead grab little Caesars which is...

Beyond disappointed with this location after today. I usually always come here to get the Apple pie pizza. I got an apple pie pizza around 6:30 today. When I get home I pick up a slice just for it to fall completely straight down extremely undercooked. So I go back up there to get it remade and showed them. Specifically asked for them to not put that much icing on there again just for it to look worse if not the same. She said yall normally put 20 squirts of icings! Never had this problem Until today. I was given a drink cup while I wait. Coke is my favorite and it was coming out extremely dark and tasted like diet. I mentioned it to the manager and she took a sip and then never did anything about it after that. Just said well I don’t like coke. I use to be an assistant manager this absolutely should’ve been dealt with another way! Felt very ignored and it all felt deliberate because they didn’t wanna do there job right to being with and this wouldn’t have been a problem! Got a refund but I didn’t get an apple pizza like I went up there literally twice for...
