Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Saginaw

Very disappointed in the service at this store. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and the total cost was $34! One of these was a simple pepperoni. I had to call and find out what they charged us because even though we asked they did not provide a receipt. I ended up talking to the manager and she was no help. Our order was for 1 specialty veggie pizza and a pepperoni both were medium size. The manager told me that the veggie pizza was $20.99 because we ordered 7 extra toppings at $1 ea. That is what they charge for any # of toppings over 3. The pepperoni was 10.99. I said well online a one topping is $5.99. She said that is a coupon, did you ask for a coupon? I didn't realize nor did the order taker ask if we had any coupons. Her exact words were " I can't help it if you didn't ask for the coupon". I said you could have informed me there was one. I told her she lost us as a customer and she could have cared less. After seeing all of the reviews (which I should have done first) They are known for terrible service. I should have gone somewhere else but it was on our way home. :( And if you are wondering...I ordered and my hubs picked it up so he didn't question the amount. #dominos #poorservice...

This store's manager (Kim) doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. My son place the order on the Dominos app. The app told him the pizza was put in at 6:12. I arrived at 6:25 to find out that my thin crust pizza was made, but they needed me to wait 5 minutes for the thick crust to come out of the oven. I waited the 5 minutes and then when the kid behind the counter checked again, that pizza was given away. I was told that I would just have to wait 10-15 minutes for another pizza to be put in. I waited. By the time the pizza was done, my thin crust was cold. I asked to speak with a manager. They said I would have to wait for a few minutes because she was making pizzas. I waited another 5-8 minutes, before they yelled back to the manager reminding her I was waiting. She says again, she's just going to have to wait because I'm making pizzas. Granted the store was very busy on this Friday night, but she had more than a dozen workers back there. There is no reason one of her other workers couldn't make the pizzas while she addresses my concern about my cold with very burnt edges pizza. Don't be surprised if you receive very lacking customer service...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION * BE AWARE * Absolutely ridiculous! We made an order online and we followed the tracker online. Tracker stated it was delivered and it wasn’t. We called the Saginaw, Texas location - Tim lied and said he was the manager but he wasn’t - Alison is the store manager & she refused to walk to the front end to speak with my fiancé to de•escalate the situation. He asked for the corporate number and both of the “managers” stated - they did not know it. Before my fiancé went to the location, we called and were hung up on. We called again and I was on hold for 15 minutes until he came back on the phone to say, they couldn’t locate the driver so we had to wait even longer for the food to be prepared with no compensation at all. The lack of proper communication from the “manager” was a fail. My fiancé was threatened about getting the police involved because they didn’t want to be held accountable for their actions but they didn’t involve the police to notified them their driver was missing — make that make sense. At this point, we are done ordering from Dominos as a whole. This is ridiculous....
