My reciept says Mary B was my cashier but this girl could've been on anyones till. She never displayed any welcoming gestures to me during my whole transaction with her. She has black hair that was put up in a loose ponytail, some hair was purposely parted out and hanging loosely to the sides of her face. Her glasses appeared black and she was wearing an orange hat with black stitch designs on the sides of the hat. I came in to get my husband some lunch/dinner at work and suprise him with pizza and our baby. There is a pizza I usually get from here but I couldn't remember the name for the life of me and I asked this girl for a moment so I could look over the menu and not waste her time. She gives me less than 30 to 45 seconds and asks me if I'm ready so I tried describing the pizza to her thinking she would help me or ask someone but she just blank stared me and gave me no response what so ever. I ended up finding it on the menu after struggling but realized with the descriptions it had it wasnt the particular pizza I was looking for that night. This whole transaction between her and I took maybe 3 to 4 minutes and I felt rushed and anxious the whole time. I made a decision on what I wanted and waited patiently, maybe longer than it took to make, to make sure the pizza was ready when I came back in to pay for it and not have anymore trouble. She addressed me again with no smile and gave me my purchase after I had paid. I didnt think I had to check the pizza but now I seriously regret it. I am 8 months pregnant and just wanted to make it back to my husband with this suprise lunch/dinner comfortably and wanted to trust the pizza was made right. I got to my husband's job and wheb we opened the our meal together we were vwry dissapointed. Almost half of the pizza was destroyed with no cheese covering the destroyed part. My heart sank. This was supposed to be our only treat for the week. Of course my husband was so happy to have me and our daughter be able to spend time with him while he was working since he works so much. The night was still special for us but the experience I had here at little caesars was so unnessicary and dissapointing. I hate to say I regret choosing them for our only treat this week. I've been trying to upload a picture of our pizza but for some reason my phone is giving me trouble and keeps directing me to google maps when I select the option...

Read moreI just visited the location in Saginaw, I am a restaurant manager myself and I know what it takes to give good customer service to each guest that comes through the door. Apparently that’s not the case at the Saginaw location. I went in at 6:30. I was not greeted which is no big deal I understand it’s dinner time it’s busy, but after five minutes of me waiting still nothing I am getting irritated. The woman in front of me is finishing up her order and the cashier asks for more one dollar bills. The manager comes forward and gives the cashier the ones, she I guess notices that there is quite a bit of people waiting for their orders and proceeds to make the comment nice and loud in a irritated tone “you know if people used the app like they should, they can come and pick up the pizza on their own when it’s ready instead of waiting”. I just went ahead and walked out, that coming from a “manager” is unacceptable. To think that’s what is in charge of your crew there. I don’t care to give my business to a location that is not friendly and...
