Subway — Restaurant in Saginaw

I LOVE subway and so does my family. This location is less than a mile from me so it seems logical to support my local businesses. I will usually give a business more than one chance, even if the first time was bad, so I can see if it's the shift working or the place in general. I've been to this place many many times but the last two times will prevent me from returning. I went March 22nd and then again on March 31st. On the 22nd I order all 5 of my sandwiches through the subway app, everything written out so there was no confusion. I arrived late for my pick up order, like 30 minutes and my food wasn't ready....45 minutes after order placed. None were toasted. Bacon missing on two sandwiches that has bacon in the name of the sandwich. Okay, we can work with that. On the 31st, same thing I order my food through the app, my son runs in to grab the food and so far so good. Nope. Get home and LITERALLY AGAIN they didn't toast my sandwiches and the two sandwiches STILL DON'T HAVE BACON. It gets better, they forgot to make my sons meatball marinara. I call the store probably 10 times and it rings and rings, no answer. I drive back up there, mad at this point and tell them they forgot one and he asked if I wanted my money back...No, it's been 10 minutes and this is for my son. We get it, and go home. I ordered the Baja Chicken Bacon sandwich, attached is the picture of the sandwich they gave me. My first bite was completely dry. Why does only half my sandwich have sauce and vegetables...I cannot make this up, did they run out of baja on half my sandwich, what is going on. I gave them many chances and I understand that there are a lot of teenagers that work there, but that does not excuse them from making orders the way they are placed. That day the service wasn't all that great they didn't seem to know what they were doing. I have went to several different Subway shops, but this one did not seem to be like the other one because they simply, do not know what they were doing. We got our sandwiches, but don't know if I'll ever go back to this one. Added to this post, and this subway still not worth my trouble. They ran out of medium lids, the guy didn't know what to do. So. Asked for bigger cups and he said he didn't know if he could do that. First of all no food restaurant is supposed to run out of product. It took the other guy to give me and my grandson bigger cups for we could leave because our food was to go we will never ever go back to this Subway ever ever again! Also my sandwich did not taste the way it's supposed to taste. And also when I got my sandwich home it was all smashed up into the paper. normally when I get a sandwich from Subway. The sandwich bread is nice and soft and fluffy. This was not. For them to run out of medium lids for your drink cups, that you wanted to take to go, was really outrageous and messed up. The three young people that was behind the counter didn't seem to know what they were doing, I will never ever go to this location again. Only went because my grandson wanted to go there....

Every once in a while I order white chocolate macadamia nut cookies from subway by the dozen because they are my favorite cookies and aren’t sold anywhere else near me. This time I ordered 2 dozen on the app because I knew it would take some time to cook. When I went to pick them up the workers were very nice and gave them to me as soon as I walked in. I was shocked because usually when I order that many cookies I still have to wait a while even after the app says they are ready. When I went home and took a cookie out to eat I almost threw up! They tasted like onions and smelled like subway! It was DISGUSTING😡 And you know it’s disgusting when not even the kids would eat the cookies! They gave me old cookies that had probably been sitting there since yesterday. But I brushed it off and smelled all the cookies because they HAD to have made new ones today and gave them to me bc Ik they didn’t have 24 already made.
