saw it had recently opened driving by. so i stopped in the next day. nice, quaint little place. it has a well thought out decor & feel. the owners are very friendly & kind. a few seats, if you'd want to eat-in. i will say , if you get it to-go... good luck waiting to get back home to eat it, lol.
all the food is scratch made w/ love. they are minimalistic w/ the ingredients, but because of this... they use higher quality ingredients & the taste/flavor proves it. you will want to lick the plate.... not many places that i can say that for.
first trip, i had the buongiorno breakfast sandwich w/ sausage & provolone. it is sooo good.
the next week, i had biscuit sandwich. i also got a half dozen of the biscuits & gravy to-go... took them & introduced some friends to the wonderful cooking.
biscuits & gravy are not the run of the mill recipes. biscuits are moist & generous in size. the gravy is old-fashioned country style
next visit, i had the breakfast plate & took another half dozen of biscuits & gravy for some other friends to try. everybody loved them.
they happened to mention they would have pulled pork sandwiches for lunch - basically, grab & go. so i planned my errands to allow me to stop back by to grab a few. they were just as good as everything else. i highly recommend...
Read moreI get it, you're busy, especially in the morning. Sometimes you have to run through the drive-thru, hit the accelerator, and get to work. This is not the kind of place to grab a meal and chow it down on the way to work. This is the kind of place that you might even consider sitting down while you enjoy the food. This is what my Mom and I did when she visited from out of town. This is the kind of place that you take someone that you care about and want to do something nice for them. Besides, you really can't eat this food in your car. The biscuits are too big. Unless you have Andre the Giant hands, it's going to get top heavy and fall over. I got the breakfast sandwich with the Italian bread and it was as filling as it was delicious. I grabbed the Bowl on the other visit and I skipped lunch that day. They pack a lot of food in there and it tastes homemade and lovely. Do yourself and those you love a favor and...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was out working for my company and had a few minutes to grab a bite, and I’m so glad I found this hidden gem on Google Maps. Holy Toledo—the food was incredible! I ordered the breakfast plate, and it instantly took me back to the kind of meals my grandmother used to make. It wasn’t just breakfast; it was an experience. I honestly didn’t know food could bring back memories like that.
I also picked up some cookies and fresh bread to take home, and they were just as amazing as the meal itself. The flavors, the freshness, and the overall care that goes into the food here make this place stand out in a big way. If you’re looking for a spot that serves more than just good food but also serves comfort and nostalgia, Great Biscuit & Spice Co is the place. Truly...
