We were recommended to Saginaw Furniture by my parents who have been loyal customers to Steve for YEARS since we’ve lived in Texas.

My fiancé and I recently just got our own place and Steve was the MOST HELPFUL on helping us find furniture we had in mind. We got our dresser, couch, and rug from him.

Dresser: We had ordered a dresser and when it arrived it was more of a cream white so Steve helped us find a different dresser that was within our liking and he did amazing. He made the process as easy as possible for us which we both truly appreciate. I attached photos below of both dressers. Even though the first dresser wasn’t the exact color we wanted.. both dressers are very sturdy, didn’t/don’t feel cheap and are a good size.

Couch: I absolutely LOVE the couches. They’re super comfortable and I love the material. They’re a good size for an apartment and went above and beyond our expectations!

The rug: I can’t remember the exact name but this is my favorite rug. It has the SOFTEST fur ever, even our husky baby loves it. We originally bought it to go underneath our couches but it was too small (5’-7’) so I used it for my desk space and it doesn’t look weird or anything. A bit pricy but you pay for quality so 100% recommend.

Delivery Men: I’m horrible with names but his two guys that help deliver the furniture are amazing! So kind and helpful!!

Overall, I have no complains whatsoever about this company. Steve is amazing and so are his guys. We appreciate his honesty as well, he would let us know if something wasn’t going to work for us or gave us multiple options on what would work best since we moved into an apartment. Delivery was also fast which we loved! I definitely recommend going here for any furniture, my parents loved his store and so do we. We intend to get our furniture here as we continue to move in different houses like my parents lol....

I was raised by the Morals & Ethics of doing business with your “Ma & Pops Stores:Family Owned”! See, my parents owned the 1st Video Store here in Saginaw & Decatur back in the 80’s & so they fully believed in Helping Thy Neighbor rather it be in the Business World or your neighborhood! I happened to go into Saginaw Furniture Store about 6 or 7 months ago when I was going through one of the worst times of my life & I met Stephen Ferreira & no clue he was the owner & I didn’t find what I was looking for so I went back a couple weeks ago & as soon as I walked in he said hi to me by my name & welcomed me back & I was blown away that he remembered who I was & that’s just 1 thing that sets “Home Town Stores” aside from all the rest & I’ve been in Customer Service/Sales my entire life and Trust Me That Means Something, Everything To People! Needless to say I purchased a Dining Room Set & the Delivery Service Was Also Top Rate! As I mentioned I’m Still Going Through A lot and forgive me for not remembering the 2 gentleman’s names but they were fast, professional and extremely knowledgeable and Kind! That’s something that’s sadly as Rare as Common Sense now days is Kindness! Thank You Stephen & Your Amazing Group Of Workers For Keeping Saginaw Feel Like That Small Town Feeling It Once Was! My family and I relocated here from Kansas back in July. We were recommended to purchase our furniture at Nebraska Furniture Mart because of their massive selection. Well we never factored the effect Covid would have on furniture delivery, so here it is September and we are still without furniture in our living room, bedroom and upstairs gameroom for our children with no hope in sight.

After doing tons of research we decided to search local to see if we could find quality furniture that could be delivered quickly! Stephen at Saginaw Furniture definitely helped complete our move and transition here! Not only were we able to purchase quality furniture but it was cheaper than NFM and delivered the same day!!!!

Customer service like this is hard to come by and I have definitely found a furniture store for any of our future needs. Thank you Stephen and everyone at Saginaw Furniture, you guys have a new loyal customer!!!
