Arby's — Restaurant in Sahuarita

I stopped by in my RV on our way home from a camping trip on Tuesday, Jan 11th, 2022. The RV was too tall to go through the drive thru & the dining room was closed. (I think they were short staffed.) I "walked" up to the thing you place your order at in the drive through, when an employee that was taking out the trash, asked if he could help. I explained about the RV & asked if I could just order here, then walk up to the window. He said it shouldn't be a problem, but wanted to check with his manager for "SAFETY reasons". He didn't want me to get run over in the drive thru! The manager said "SURE!" & personally took my order at the drive thru window, then asked me to wait in the RV (parked directly across from the drive thru window) & that he would signal me, or for me to look for him at the back door. (Again, they were looking out for my safety & didn't want me walking in the drive thru lane!) He ended up bringing our order out to the rig, along with utensils, napkins & plenty of Arby's & Horsey sauces! GREAT SERVICE!!! My Market Fresh Roast Beef & Swiss was pretty...

I don’t leave a lot of online reviews , especially negatives, ESPECIALLY for fast food… I try to manage expectations. HOWEVER on this particular evening, when my wife was craving Arby’s, they 100% let us down. Short story, long… they BOTCHED everything, charged us $36 for 2 fast food meals and they were both terrible. Prices are understandable, posted and you know what you’re paying, but there is an expectation that you’ll at minimum get fresh hot food that’s the correct order. Wife’s sandwich seemed to have exaggerated amount of Mayo when zero Mayo was requested. We got loaded fries that were obvi left over fries/tenders/and one ball of cold cheese… my sando wasn’t even on the map of what I’d asked for.

All this to say, the staff was extremely rude… clearly not taking any degree of pride at all in there job whatsoever. And honestly, I’d have looked past all of it had the staff just been friendly.

There was literally not another car in the line the entire time. And for that reason… THREE...

We came out this way for my son's football game at the high Sahuarita School. I wanted a light snack so I ordered a simple chicken slider one and a large strawberry lemonade. After about 15 minutes of waiting for a slider 1. A Caucasian couple comes in and another order they both get there food before me. I'm Mexican and my partner. I no we look out of place , but still. Then the older Caucasian lady working register kept ignoring me I kept saying excuses me Mrs. , finally an employee with braid's apologized and assisted me. So thank you to the drive through person for caring and doing her job without seeing color .
