Tsaôcaa St Augustine: Fried chicken, Smoothie — Restaurant in Saint Augustine

First off, this place is great!! As soon as I walked in the door I was met with such a cute and calm atmosphere, if I wasn’t already excited enough. I tried out the kiosk to order and scrolled through a ton and I mean a TON of options, it was a little overwhelming for a first timer but I like the vast options and customization for drinks now after scrolling for a while. The kiosk is card only but they take cash too at the register and were understanding when I realized I forgot my card and had to pay with cash. I ended up ordering the simple brown sugar milk tea just to see how the staples were, the drink came out in a timely manner while I sat at a little side table! I also ordered a matcha waffle which came out a little after, both were absolutely delicious! I have a real sweet tooth so the tea was perfect for me but on the kiosk it shows you can change the sugar level of the drink, which is nice. The waffle was nice and hot and really good with a soft center, not overly sweet either. I’m usually the type to take a long time to finish my drinks but I finished all of the milk tea pretty quick it was so yum! As far as atmosphere goes, it was slow at around 6pm on a weekday, while it was super cute and clean it didn’t really feel like a place I could hang out in for a few hours while I work on school or anything, but not every place is like that; this felt more like a grab and go spot. I usually like matcha, so I decided to order that because Ive never tasted a matcha that has disappointed me. But when I ordered it I asked for light ice and they only put a couple cubes in so by the time they gave me the drink the ice had been melted and the drink was very warm and watered down.The matcha came with cheese foam (which I usually love with matcha) but once they gave it me it tasted rotten. The matcha itself was HORRIBLE! It was barely even drinkable so I went back inside to ask the worker if I was able to replace it for another drink. When I asked the worker she told me that she would be able to give me a new drink %50 off when I spent $8 on one (that tasted HORRID) that she didn't wanna give a refund for (The worker was so rude about it as well). The 10 piece boneless chicken was good. I wanted to get medium drinks but the lady said they don't sell medium, just large size ($6.75). So I said ok fine. (Although the menu has Medium size with price $5.25). They have this card they punch that after 10 drinks, you get 1 free. So I had 1 free, but they only give me a discount of ($5.25). A medium size when all my drinks are Large since they don't sell medium size. I don't feel like getting a discount at all. And bec I'm nice, I still tip.
