Worst pharmacy! Definitely doesn't even deserve 1 star Google really needs to fix that in my opinion. I'm pregnant and really need this medication and Walgreens doesn't care and just wants to F around. I called this morning and was told I would get a call back and never did so I called them a few hours later, was on hold for roughly about 8 minutes and then when someone finally answered they just hung up soooo, I called again and finally got to speak to a human and was then put on hold for 16 minutes so I just hung up annnnnd called again! I was put on hold again without even being told I was going to be put on hold or I would've asked her not to do that so I was on hold again for about 6 minutes and hung up called again for the last time and I explained to the guy that I was a little frustrated and that I really need this medicine because in pregnant and I just need to know when it's going to FINALLY be ready and to please not put me on hold again because all together I have been on hold for about 30 minutes and all he has to say is that he could "barely hear me"?! So I hung up and am finally done with calling them. I'm waiting for my boyfriend to get home now so I can go up there in person (which I did last night and was told that the prescription was there but I needed to know the address to the pharmacy it was sent to before this one because it was sent to the wrong pharmacy to begin with by the fault of my doctor in order to get my perscription) so I can give these rude,inconsiderate morons a piece of my mind.    Read more:a couple nights ago a current employee of this Walgreens location (the shift leader) at the one near the Walmart approached a customer as this customer exited the store and accused the customer of stealing a dress. Customer did not have any items in her purse. I thought maybe she attempted to do some thieving and i left thinking whatever. Went back tonight with a friend who wanted to send money through Western Union and the same employee was there whom would not assist my friend and also came outside to tell me I couldn't Park where I was and I moved no big deal. I parked in a parking spot. But I also observed in the liquor store next door the employee there was standing at the door with his arms crossed just staring at me and looking over to the other store or the other employee was. I'm not sure why they feel like they need to treat people so rudely. Maybe they feel they have authority in their position to behave in this manner. Definitely not a way to do business. Horrible customer service. I gave them no grief and neither did my friends so really really bad business people. I would never hire them. This is the first time that I have ever seen employees at this location behave in this manner. I have no problem contacting corporate to inform them. I took my friend up the road to the next Walgreens he had no problems with anyone and he was able to send his money through the Western Union that he needed help doing. Despite providing clear instructions, there have been instances where the incorrect prescription was refilled, leading to undue inconvenience and potential health risks.
Furthermore, the timeliness of prescription readiness for pick-up is severely lacking. Delays have been frequent, disrupting my treatment regimen and necessitating last-minute adjustments. This inconsistency in service reliability is deeply disappointing.
Equally troubling is the substandard level of customer service encountered during interactions with pharmacy staff. Instances of rudeness and dismissiveness have been distressingly common, creating a hostile environment for addressing concerns or seeking assistance.
In light of these persistent issues, I cannot in good faith recommend Walgreens pharmacy. Patients deserve a pharmacy that prioritizes accuracy, efficiency, and respectful customer engagement. Regrettably, these standards seem elusive within the confines of this establishment.
