ordered a sandwich and after 45 minutes still no sandwich..called back and was told it was on the way..no sandwich ever arrived that day..called and spoke to general manager and was offered a voucher for a club sandwich that i would have to go in store to pick up..they admitted they lost the ticket behind the counter but refused to deliver the order period..keep in mind my business is located 3 minutes from thier store and this was all thier mess up not mine..i was given what i believe to be the district managers number (Lauren)..she was less helpful then the general manager..she never called back like she said she would..jimmy johns on kingshighway obviously does not care about customer satisfaction..general manager and district manager should seek other lne of work due to no professional courtesy what so ever..i would highly advise seeking a meal elsewhere..if you cant be professional and courteous then i refuse to spend my money with you..if i could put less then 1 star i would..its not about a $15.00 order its about the fact that they wont own up to thier mistake or simply return a phone call.shame on you Lauren and general manager and shame on your bosses for...

Called and the foreign manager who answered the phone said that his driver should be there shortly with our food... waited almost 20 more minutes before calling back and he became super rude saying we would get our food when it showed up!! It never showed up so we canceled the order and asked for a refund which he told us we we weren't getting because we made his driver cry!! We never spoke to the driver so how we made her cry is beyond me!! He told us he wasn't giving a refund and that he was going to pay his driver for the INCONVENIENCE!!!!! The guy who took our order was so rude and disrespectful and had an attitude the entire time like he was being bothered by having to take an order. We were the only car there…. When we pulled up to the window his just opened the window and stared at us then held his hand out for payment. No welcome, no acknowledgement other than a cold, rude stare. He handed the card back after running it and continued to stare at us. No “thank you” or “here you go” or anything. Just another cold, rude stare. He gave us our food without a word and continued to stare at us then closed the window. The entire transaction occurred without a word after the drive thru.
