Read moreI was there Saturday for a birthday party and I was going to have my birthday there this upcoming weekend but don't think that will happen anymore. First we walk in and there was not a line. People were scattered to pay. No lines were formed. I watched people without wrist bands walk in. I think that there needs to be more structure for the line. Second the employees that were working the front desk were very rude . My friend reserved tables and the girl working was really rude to her. Not knowing I was her friend after she walked off she said "Jesus Christ" then I said btw that was my friend . As we walked away she rolled her eyes at us. Later we were stepping out side to cool down and was yelled at not to take drinks outside. I didn't hear the guy say that and I said what did you say and he said " NO DRINKS OUT SIDE" . He was also very rude. There were no signs that said no drinks outside... I saw numerous people coming in and out with there drinks.. I felt as a customer we were micro managed. $7 for a city wide is a lot. We went to a bar in the groove and it was $3.50... I did enjoy the games but the employees were very unfriendly and made it seem uncomfortable.. I don't think I will be back unless the customer service improves. Your employees should not be rude or roll there eyes at us. I was with 20 people and they were not...
