Edit: Mike was still a good help. But needed to come back and edit because they have some sort of "policy", asking you to leave a review while standing there in front of them so they can take a picture(to prove that they got a review I guess?). I was lucky that my partner was with me, otherwise it would be an intimidating experience. It is not a normal policy, the point of leaving a review is to not have someone looking over your shoulder and to give your honest opinion. If it wasn't for that experience, I would leave a better review. Second, the cost of a typical deadbolt emergency lockout service was $251. This is my personal experience, I know it varies by lock type. Also, I called after 8pm so that is a justifiable higher price.

$120 base + $59 service call fee + $49 emergency fee, just to be transparent. So if you're looking to pay less for a deadbolt in an emergency scenario, call around...

Be careful with this company! They force the customer to make a five star review standing over them. The prices are absolutely ridiculous! They charge not only a service fee but a call fee as well on top of unlocking a door for a house or car, so three different charges at once. They demand that I pay almost $300 to help my situation when I’ve had this happen before in a different state and paid WAY LESS! When I said I’ll just find someone else they wouldn’t leave unless I paid them almost $100. For what? Showing up and lied about the prices over the phone? Over the phone they said $60 but in person over $200 more. They’ll also make excuses on why they’re charging more after changing their mind on price mid call. Absolutely ridiculous. Chris, was great and fast. I was very worried because I lost my only car fob and have to work tomorrow morning. Not only did Chris answer his phone quickly, he also rushed to my house. His great smile and exuberant personality put me at ease instantly. He clearly explained my options, listened attentively, and was easygoing when I needed things explained in a different way. Furthermore, I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently he programmed my new keys (the last place that I went to took over an hour, and there was nobody ahead of me).
