Ordered on the app and when I went to pick up my order the drinks were not there. The worker was helping a customer at the counter. I began to open the bag to check my order the woman started chewing me out for opening MY bags. She said the stickers were on and I shouldnât be opening them. I told her I was just checking and she said they already did that. I then said I was missing my drinks. She said we are busy and she would get them as soon as she was done with her customer. Yes this whole exchange happened while she was helping another customer. She got done and ask we what my drinks were and I told her and she didnât move so I walked back up to the counter to show the drinks on my receipt. She then said â Iâm not trying to be rude but the bags are sealed and you donât have gloves on. Itâs for your safety.â Seriously?! No, the sticks are so that when you order delivery you know the bags werenât opened after leaving the store! Not to protect me when I pick up my own order! Of course this whole exchange was occurring in front of other customers.    Read moreI go to this location quite often for quick lunch or breakfast (close to my office) typically the food is made right. Iâve never really had an issue with my orders. (Other than ordering fiesta potatoes for lunch that one time about a month ago and looked in my bag she added 3 of them instead of 1) which surprised me because I thought that was a little high for that and a Crunchwrap but anywaysâŚ.the problem I ran into today I drove up to get breakfast, actually arrived too earlyâŚit was about 7:30. I saw they opened @ 8 no biggie I decided just to drive back later and it is now 8:15. I pulled up to the drive-through and nobody answered. Waited. I noticed the drive thru speaker no longer said closed & menu lights on. I drove by window and saw workers standing there. Iâm assuming the cook didnât show up? Otherwise they wouldâve taken my order.

   Read moreWe went for dinner yesterday (9/19/18) and had a pretty bad experience. While waiting for our food, for literally 20 minutes, at least 3 people came in from the drive through with wrong orders. We could hear the workers getting upset at each other, and nobody was taking charge. There were at least 5 people working. When we finally got our food, one item wasn't correct. When asked to get it re-made, I could hear one of the workers talking about "how can someone eat it that way?" All in all it was a really terrible experience. People were leaving before ordering because there were so many people waiting on their food. I do hope taco bell can get some decent people in there soon! We left our closer taco bell because of issues similar to this, and now this taco bell is not much better. Please train your workers to be better under stress and to have a system. They all looked...
