Arby's — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

I wanted some cookies. That uncle Tom black manager told me the power was out and they were busy and i would have to wait 1 hr for cookies.. Im confused. If you guys are busy were the line is out onto harper then why arent cookies made to sell. He stated they ran out. My thought is well remake them and sell them. The manager said he told his staff not to make anymore cookies for customers and tell them they are all out. I can wait 1 hr if i want them.. He told me hes the boss and it takes 1 hr to bake them.. i explained ive waited 30 mins before for fresh cookies on several occasions. He told me i was holding up the line and i can wait 1 hr or not.. I told the girl that was helping me he was a little rude and usually he's not like that. Her excuse was because were busy.. I then said so when your busy that means be rude to customers? She said have a good day and handed me my food. No apologies or anything.. I dont get how this manager can pick and choose what to sell when those cookies are the absolute best... and a hot seller.. ..Please be kind no matter how busy your store is.. Im a nurse and you may be in my care one day.. Karma can work that way and i could deliver the same rudeness but its not in my nature... god...

The best fast food is, hands down, Arby's. Let's look at the facts;

Best variety of sandwiches. From roast beef sandwiches, to sliders, to deli-style, there's something for everyone.

Curly fries are amazing, and that's not a word I just toss around. And, as an added bonus, they also have potato cakes. Part tater tot, part hash brown, the potato cake combines two awesome things. Potatoes and cake.

The sauces. BBQ, Spicy, Horsey. Horsey? Who has time to say "horseradish"? Arby's is changing the way we think about condiments.

Dessert. Apple and cherry turnovers. And they're only $1. Jamaocha shakes. I don't even know what Jamaocha is supposed to taste like, but I know I want one.

The bell. They have a bell you ring if the service was great. At other places, you just unload your tray and walk to your car. Not at Arby's. You ring the bell like you're entering the ring. Gets me just as pumped up as the employees. A win-win,...

Ever since the franchisee sold this store to the company, it mostly seems to disappoint. First, you never know if the dining room will be open. That's hit or miss. And, will this store ever have shakes again?? My wife loves the Jamocha shakes and its a big reason for choosing Arbys over other places. But... it seems like they've discontinued shakes. Disappointing. Probably not choosing this place for awhile to give them time to get things right.
