The negative reviews on here that I’m reading from the recent past apparently are going unheard because i had the same issues. My 7 year old daughter wanted to go here for her birthday so I called for a reservation for 8 people they said they can’t seat at one table for 8 but can do two separate because of covid. That’s fine. They said they don’t take reservations but there was currently no wait. This was at 6:15. We arrived at 7 and was told 30 minute wait. Okay. Two of the party sat at the bar the rest of us waited outside. 45 minutes go by and we haven’t been seated or texted to be sat after being on the wait list. I asked for help they said there’s no space. (60% of the restaurant was empty) I had patience because I know covid is difficult and another reason I was out supporting a local business. We were seated after one hour and the manager telling me they texted us and I showed him the phone that had no texts except the confirmation on the wait list. The waitress had what looked like 3 tables... two of them ours. We didn’t get our drinks till 30 minutes. And waited an hour an a half for food. So 2 1/2 hours being there before food arrived. Drink refills took ridiculously long. While waiting the hour and half after we were seated for our food my mother tried to approach a manager saying we hadn’t had our order taken he points at the waitress and said look she’s right there! As she approached our table. With an incredibly rude attitude. At no point did a manager stop by our table to apologize for our wait, ask us how our food was, or offer anything for our ridiculous wait or for my daughters birthday. With more than half empty restaurant multiple employees hanging out at the hostess stand and 2 managers on the floor you would think once we were seated our order would be taken (not an hour later) and brought to us quickly. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. And after 2 1/2 hours of waiting our food was cold. I understand the hardships of covid on restaurants right now. But this had nothing to do with any of that. This was extremely poor customer service and not a single employee was concerned about it. Really disappointed in the service and the quality of the experience. We didn’t have time to get my daughter dessert or anything because by the time we finished dinner it was almost 10 and my daughters bedtime past 2 hours ago. Happy birthday to her. Read moreThe worst service I have ever witnessed. My bf, our 2 friends and I came for dinner and nobody would seat us. After standing at the door for almost 30 minutes with no line and half the building empty we asked someone to seat us. After being seated a waitress came over and was taking our drink order. Before we could say we wanted appetizers right away she walked away. When she came back with our drinks she slammed them on the middle of the table spilling 3 cups of soda and a water all over the table. She then came back with a beer and spilt that every where after slamming it on the table. Then walked away again. After sitting there for 10 minutes we had to ask another waitress for appetizers and she went to grab our waitress who was standing near the entrance talking to another waitress. After ordering one appetizer when we wanted 2 she walked away as we were talking. When she came back she gave an attitude about us wanting another appetizer. Then before I could say I wanted ranch with our cheese sticks she walked away again. Each time she walked away she went up to the other waitress to talk to her before placing our order. Then back to talk to her again. After giving our 2nd app she got pissed cause I asked for ranch then took our order... after taking our order again she went to talk to the other lady and 20 minutes later placed our order. 30 minutes past closing we are still sitting there waiting for our food and I asked a different waitress for ranch. She brought me some thank god. We were the only people left. We asked how our food was coming and a different waitress brought all of our food completely cold to our table. My friend asked for another beer and it never came. We sat waiting for our check for almost 25 minutes after we all finished our food. When our waitress finally came back we asked for another beer with the check and she said he wasn’t allowed to have another beer because we waited too long to ask... so she brought us our check and after waiting for 10 minutes and watching her sitting in a booth near by talking to the other waitress, both giving our table dirty looks. We left with the check on the table. Leaving $14 and change total because she wouldn’t grab our check. I wanted to advise you about the poor customer service and poor food conditions during my last visit.
I called in to place my order, gave my number for my rewards. I ordered 1 10 piece boneless - thai curry and 1 10 piece boneless - parm garlic and 1 large wedge. I order the same thing every time. Upon speaking with the cashier, she informed me that you no longer can put green onions on the wedges (with a very bad attitude). I informed her that I had just ordered the same thing a week ago and she still did not extend the courtesy.
I went to pick up my order and the cashier had a hard time pulling up my order under the number I gave her and she couldn't find it with the name I gave her. Red flag number 1, she didn't even pull up my account to receive my rewards with the number I gave. She was so rude, I didn't even bother to ask her to add my points to my account because I figured I could do it later with my receipt. Well when I got my receipt, it was a yellow copy with no barcode, so I can't even get my points for this horrible meal.
Then when I get my food, the Thai-curry boneless wings were dipped in a sweet sauce (Asian Zing, I know the taste) and then dipped in the Thai-curry. It was disgusting. They did not go well together.
Both my wings were old, hard and very over cooked. The old taste was the refrigerator. Like they were wings from the night before, that were refrigerated and reheated. It was the worse dinner I've ever had.
This location is in an affluent neighborhood and really needs to step it up. Front of the house needs to run much more streamlined and everyone should be on the same page about menu additions and substitutions. How hard is it the sprinkle green onions on wedges?!? Does it really save money? If I ordered fully loaded wedges then I would have had the green onions, however I don't eat cheese or pork.
Back of the house needs to be reinforced with proper food storage procedures and food preparation procedures. I should not be able to taste the refrigerator in my food especially when my food should be cooked to order.
I am very dissatisfied with the service. I would like you to track down the cashier/waitress that was rude and give her more customer service training. I would like to hear how my concerns will be addressed.
