My office orders from here often and we've NEVER had an issue. Well today that changed. Myself and 2 coworkers ordered their steak salads, one minus onions. They labeled a salad no onions, but they mislabeled this. The person who ended up with this has an onion allergy. We called and they insisted they made a salad without onions, which they did, but mislabeled it. They said if you bring up this salad and show us we'll make a new one. Which they did, worse customer service. The employee on the phone was insistent they did no wrong and didn't seem like they wanted to correct it. We had the initial order delivered, by the time this was said and done my coworker spent her entire lunch trying to get her order corrected. I'll think long and hard...

When i called to report it and tell them that it was cold and that i would like a refund the man hung up on me. And when i called back to speak to management they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. First of at the time i wrote the post you guys wasnt trying to heard what anyone was saying. Secondly we was very clear on whats was wrong with the food. We have order other times without problems. Free food baby bye i paid good money for food thats very good. Not cold or cool. Read moreCalled several times, no answer, then decided to visit the location and saw two ladies bickering back and forth about something, I decided to place another call just to see if I called the wrong number and watched the phone ring while neither paid any attention to it at all. Finally when they noticed me and asked for my order, I showed them my phone and asked if anybody picks up the phone around here, I was told "Can't you see it's just the two of us here? We don't have time to answer the phone."
Food is absolutely delicious, but two pieces of advice - hire an additional employee since you can't handle the workload of making a few sandwiches and smiling at your customers probably wouldn't...
