HORRIBLE SERVICE If I could give this place zero stars I would. The food is fine, it's a good spot for diner food, but the service is absolutely atrocious. Twice now we have had Amy as our waitress and we have received the worst service that I have ever had. I thought that she was maybe having a bad day the first time around, but clearly it's just poor job performance at this point. We waited over fifteen minutes to order while she ran around to provide fast service to a couple that arrived after us (people that she clearly knew) and they had finished their entire meal plus dessert before we got our food. Refills on drinks were slow and had to be asked for multiple times. Parts of our order had to be asked for multiple times after food had already arrived at our table. Steak and eggs was poorly prepared, with the steak being mostly silver skin and gristle. I received a dirty spoon with my soup, but couldn't ask for a clean one because Amy didn't show back up at the table until our food FINALLY came out. Then, to round out the experience, Amy approached the table with a mouthful of donut which she was chewing with her mouth open as she walked around the dining room, with visible droplets of spit flying out of her mouth as she spoke to us. Absolutely disgusting. Have we forgotten that COVID-19 is still around? I don't particularly want to be spit on by staff in a restaurant. There's absolutely no excuse for this. My order was completely wrong. Wrong items and missing items. The same EXACT THING happened two weeks ago and I said I would never go back. I gave you another chance. Never again! I ordered the fried chicken dinner and you gave me 6 wingdings! My fries were so soggy and underdone it was disgusting. I requested barbecue sauce and there was no barbecue sauce with my dinner. I ordered and paid for pita bread and there was no pita bread in my bag. I got all the way home and I drove all the way back to your location and the person at the cash register acted like I was crazy because I came back. I told him this is not what I ordered any shrugged his shoulders and said we're out of chicken. Even though I ordered on the app and you have my phone number and email address where you could have contacted me. The size of my nachos was so small I couldn't believe it! 2 weeks ago I ordered a large Greek salad with chicken and gyro meat and the meat was so tough and dry. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never return again. $30 worth of food wasted! You've lost my business. Especially since your employees acted like I was the one in the wrong. I rarely post negative reviews. I would rather focus on highlighting amazing people who go above and beyond. After all, everyone has a bad day. Today I placed an order at 7:20 - checked my phone to be sure of the time I placed the order. My pickup was 15-20 for a tuna salad sandwich and fries. How hard could that be? I waited until about 7:45 to go in. Kitchen's busy? Ok - no problem. I can't wait inside as my 98 year old mother is in the car and she gets scared alone. So - I go out and wait in the car. Five minutes - another foray inside. Completely ignored by cashier. Had to leave. After entering three separate times and being completely ignored by cashier - I finally got my mother's dinner well past 8. Finally, a server noticed me and asked if I was waiting for - oh, the tuna salad and fries that was sitting right behind the cashier who was still ignoring me. Yes - I looked upset. Thanks to the kind server who noticed me and took the 30 seconds to hand me my mother's dinner. Otherwise this would have been yet another 5 minute wait to get her food. Will I go back? Probably, because I will get desperate and everyone has a bad day. I regret...
