Breeze - St. Cloud — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

The perfect business to rent out the kitchen! So I went with my friends to the bar section, the area was clean and quiet, the bartenders were friendly and funny, the restrooms super clean too. It looks like they know all the locals and that is awesome. The beers were cold as it should be. The bartenders were on top of us as it should be in this business, therefore they have a 5 star and the atmosphere got 5 star too. Now, the food. I order Hamburger, I think it was the spicy burger… I went with 4 friends and they served me surprisingly fast but, at a distance I saw the fries ($2 up charge), not looking good, filled with oil, un-eatable, like they were re-fried. I didn’t say anything but I didn’t eat them. The burger was at the fries level, but I ate it. They should improve their boring menu options and food quality. I will ho back but I will think twice before eating. I had the same food quality and poor options from my other 4 friends. Prices on alcohol are in range, good job...

This is a nice place to go and chat and catch up with friends great ambience and atmosphere. They offer a few things to do like karaoke and trivia night as well as live music; but when the rest is full for these type of nights the service tends to be a bit hectic/disappointing. Every waitress working comes to the table to make sure everything is ok, which is good, but then again since you ask the 1st one who came to the table for your order and the night is about to end and you still haven't receive your food and then what you order comes it looks like it's been under the heated light since the moment the order was placed and the "melted" cheese looks like it was just taken out from the fridge or the food comes out a bit undercooked-not crunchy and/or tasteful enough as you have had it before ... But then again just because the place is full there should be a bit more of control/managing for things like these to be avoided...

I wanted to share my recent experience at the restaurant this afternoon with my family (a party of five). From the moment we arrived, our server displayed an unwelcoming attitude. When I couldn’t locate the Philly cheesesteak sandwich on the menu, I kindly asked for guidance, as I had been looking forward to trying it after a friend’s recommendation. Unfortunately, the response I received left me disappointed.

After she gave me attitude, I decided I would no longer be eating there and asked to pay for the drinks. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she continued fussing and dismissively told me “it’s okay” after I called her out.

This was my first visit, and sadly, it has left me with no desire to return. I believe additional training in customer service and hospitality would greatly benefit the staff and help create a more positive experience for...
